Wang Zengqi | Peach Blossom Origin

Wang Zengqi | Peach Blossom Origin

The car drove into the peach blossom garden, and in the car I saw a peach tree with flowers. There was only one branch, four or five flowers, red, like rouge. November weather, but also peach blossoms! These four or five red flowers seem to be trying to prove that this is indeed the source of peach blossoms.

There was a comrade who originally wanted to come with us to see The Peach Blossom Garden, and when he heard that this Peach Blossom Garden was fake, he didn't have much interest and didn't come. This comrade is so naïve. How can Taohuayuan be real? "The Tale of Peach Blossom Origin" is a parable. There are several peach blossom sources in China, all of which were appended by later generations according to the "Taohuayuan Poems and Records". First there was "Peach Blossom Origin", and then there was Peach Blossom Origin. However, if a peach blossom source is to be elected in China, this one should have priority. This peach blossom source is in Taoyuan County, Hunan, and Taoyuan used to belong to Wuling. And there is a small stream here that leads directly to the Yuan River. Doesn't Tao Yuanming's "Peach Blossom Origin" say this: "In the Middle of Jin Taiyuan, the Wuling people, fishing for the industry, the edge of the stream, forgetting the distance and proximity of the road..."

As soon as I put down my travel bag, the comrades from the Cultural Affairs Bureau came to greet me for tea. Smell the name of the tea for a long time, this half of the tea, did not expect to get off the first program is to eat tea, of course, very happy. Tea, ginger, sesame seeds, rice, add salt, put it in a bowl, use a stick made of hardwood to "beat" into a fine powder, rinse with boiling water, it is the tea. When eating tea, more than a dozen plates are also laid out, which are filled with fried rice, fried soybeans, fried mung beans, fried bun grain, fried peanuts, fried sweet potato chips, frying pan, kimchi, sour and spicy herbs... Eat while drinking. The tea has a unique flavor, and it is comfortable to drink a few bowls in a row. The tea food with tea is also very delicious, and the head is especially good. I've eaten a lot of cabbage, Jiangxi, Hubei, Sichuan... But it is not as sour, sweet and spicy as here, and the taste of Taoyuan Cherot is so strong that it is the crown of the world. Taoyuan people love to drink tea. Some peasant families, when they don't eat at noon in the summer, they drink a cup of tea. Asked about the origin of the tea, he said: Zhuge Liang brought soldiers here, the soldiers got the plague, asked famous doctors everywhere, the treatment was ineffective, and an old woman said: "I will cure!" She boiled a few large pots of tea and said, "Drink it!" "The soldiers drank tea and they were all right. Of course, this statement can only be ignored. Whether Zhuge Liang had ever led his troops to Taoyuan was beyond examination. According to the impression, this area should have been the place of the State of Wu during the Three Kingdoms, and if it is said that it is Lu Su or Zhou Yu's soldiers, it is still about the same. I always suspect that this method of drinking tea was handed down from the Song Dynasty. The "tea house" in "Capital City Jisheng" contains: "Winter also sells tea". The "Tea Shop" article of "Dream Liang Record" reads: "Winter Moon Tian sells Seven Treasures of Tea". There is a book that reads: "Hangzhou people eat thirty zhang of wood a day." Refers to the surface wood of the "hammer" consumed every day. "Hammer" is probably what the Taoyuan people call the stick. "Eat thirty zhang of wood a day", describing the large population of Hangzhou.

The hammer can be beaten with something else, and of course it can also be beaten with tea. The word "勷" was used from the Song Dynasty. The person who "beats" is also the same as the beating of the drum. Ginger is put in the tea, which is found in the "Water Margin", the Wang Mother's family has this kind of tea for sale, and the twenty-fourth time in the "Water Margin" writes: "Then the thick point of two ginger teas will be placed on the table in the future." "Literally, there are tea leaves and ginger in this tea, and as for whether to put anything else, I have to smell it." Anyway, the tea sold by the queen mother has some kind of origin with Taoyuan tea, which is certain. Many places in Hunan Province drink "sesame bean tea", that is, in the tea into the fried and crushed sesame seeds, soybeans, peanuts, there are also put ginger, as if without salt, the tea is whole, not fine, and drink dry tea also fished out the leaves into the mouth to chew and eat, which can be said to be the cousin of the tea. Hunan people love to eat ginger. More than ten years ago, when I traveled around Liling and Liuyang, as soon as the bus arrived at the station, someone held a disk containing thinly sliced ginger inserted in a toothpick, and five or six pieces inserted in a toothpick, which were sold to passers-by. The locals took out the horns and bought a few bunches, and sat in the car to eat like fruit. Probably Chudi was humble and wet, so the Xiang people preserved the habit of not withdrawing ginger food. Ginger and tea can treat certain external sensations, which are generally mentioned in Materia Medica. In the northern countryside, there is also a folk remedy for putting tea and sesame seeds in the mouth and chewing them together to make people sweat. Therefore, it is not for no reason to say that tea originally originated from the healing of soldiers' symptoms.

In the morning, I looked at the peach blossom view on the mountain. The entrance is a main hall, and the upper part of the back is the "Hall of the Ancient Hidden Gentlemen". There is a building on each side, one "stomping on the wind", using Tao Yuanming's poetic meaning of "willing to say and stomping on the light wind"; one "playing with the moon", using Liu Yuxi. The building has windows on three sides and a wall at the back, which is quite small and not tacky. The buildings in the temple are not very tall, sparse and cheerful, although it is a Taoist temple, it has no morale, neither a sitting statue of a single breath and three purity, nor Zhang Tianshi who stretches out his palm to put his palm on the thunder demon. There are many links, and the phrases of the "Peach Blossom Origin" are mostly implicit, and they have nothing to do with Taoism. These plaques were picked up and hidden by an old man who looked at the mountain during the Cultural Revolution, and were not handed over to the red guards who broke the four old ones, so it was fortunate that they could be hung up intact.

In the afternoon, I went down the mountain and went to drill the "Qinren Cave". The mouth of the cave is a bit like the "Peach Blossom Origin" wrote, "The mountain has a small mouth, as if there is light", "the beginning is extremely narrow, only to understand people". There is a small flow of water in the cave, no deeper than the surface of a person's feet, but the source is inexhaustible, winding down the mountain. After walking a dozen steps, I suddenly became cheerful, but it was not "the land is flat, the houses are like a house, there are good fields and mulberry bamboo, the traffic is strange, and the chickens and dogs smell each other." There is a little flat land in the back, there is also a rice field, and a wooden sign is inserted in the field, which reads: "Qianqiu Tian", which is actually only the size of two houses, and it was specially opened to plant rice. There are two pools, a teahouse on the hill, and then a mountain again. So much for. Therefore, many people came to see it and felt disappointed, saying that it was "not like". These comrades are also really naïve. They probably also wanted to meet a few Qin people who avoided chaos, and invited them to their homes and set up wine and chickens to entertain him, which was satisfactory.

After seeing the Qinren Cave, he helped him down the mountain. There is a square bamboo pavilion at the bottom of the mountain, the pavilion is extremely ancient, there are doors on all sides but no windows, the walls are very thick, the vaults, no beams and columns, and the clouds are built in the Ming Dynasty, which seems to be credible. There used to be square bamboo behind the pavilion, which was cut down for the Kuomintang soldiers. Bamboo, every three years, must be cut once, not squeezed to death; but also can not be cut, cut off will not be long. There is still a cluster of fine bamboo behind the square bamboo pavilion, and the guide's instruction board says: This bamboo looks round and square to the touch. Touched, it seems a little bit of a len. But all the bamboo poles seem to be not completely round, this cluster of fine bamboo is replanted to meet the scene, and I saw the square bamboo next to the Xue Tao well in Chengdu,—— it is really "horned and square". There were many monuments in front of the Fangzhu Pavilion, which were all crushed by the Red Guards during the Cultural Revolution, leaving some stone turtles sitting there empty with their heads held high. It is said that there is a Ming Dynasty stele with very good writing, and I don't know if I can find the Tuoben.

The old monument is destroyed, and a new monument is being built. Not far from the wreckage of the broken monument, several masons were working on the tintin. A young man poured water on a huge monument of Taoyuan stone and slowly grinded it with a piece of oil stone. The stele is as green as mugwort leaves, which is very beautiful. Taoyuan stone is very hard and not easy to grind. Question: "How much work does it take to grind such a stele?" "A lot of work?" Who knows! Anyway polished out! This answer is really a bit without the grace of the people of the Wai clan.

After dinner, the comrades in the management office put out paper, ink and pencil, asked to write a few words, and wrote to them the four poems they came up with when they ate tea in the morning:

The red peach once shone on the Qin Shiyue,

Huang Ju reopens the Tao Ling flower.

Ten years of chaos become a dream,

Sit down with Jun'an and eat tea.

The small guest house next to the evening view, outside the railing, bamboo trees are very quiet. Although there is no real square bamboo in Taohuayuan, other bamboo can be seen. The bamboo is very tall, the knots are also long, the bamboo leaves are finely broken, and the mountain is cute, which is really the so-called bamboo cultivation. The trees are not stout, but very tall. Presumably the trees grew up from the valley floor, and in order to get the daylight, they stretched themselves. There are birds coming and going between the bamboo leaves, green as bamboo leaves, only more than an inch long.

Xiu Zhu Shan Shan Jie Zi Long,

The tall trees in the mountains have been frosted.

The frosted bamboo trees are speechless,

Birds chirping for the bottom busy?

In the morning, I went to the outside of the Peach Blossom View gate to idly look out, and it rained lightly.

The chicken under the mountain answered accordingly,

Birds in the woods speak from a high and low level.

Banana leaves ring out to know the rain,

I have felt the clear stream rising in the stream.

After a day as a Wuling man, I went to see the stone stele that the young man had ground, and it seemed that little progress had been made. The peach blossoms at the door were still blooming.
