What kind of thief could unknowingly transfer 7 diamonds? On the evening of December 30, the special case team successfully arrested the criminal suspect Jia Mou in a residential area of Laiting South Road, Jiuting Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, according to clues.

According to its account: In January 2020, Jia Mou, who was still a jewelry company salesman, started the idea of the company's natural diamonds because of greed for money, and he used the opportunity to sort out the company's internal diamonds, collected the corresponding information such as the model and specifications of the corresponding diamonds, and then successively customized 7 identical specifications "Mosan diamonds" through online shopping, and engraved similar codes. In total, he stole a total of 7 natural diamonds ranging from 1.5 carats to 6 carats, and immediately left his job after winning them. During this period, Jia sold a 1.5-carat diamond to a second-hand luxury online store for 93,800 yuan.
By the time he was caught by the police, the stolen money had been squandered by Jia. After an all-out search by investigators, the remaining 6 diamonds were all seized in Jia's home. At present, the criminal suspect Jia Mou has been criminally detained by the Qingpu police in accordance with the law for suspected crimes of embezzlement of office, and the case is under further investigation.
