China Economic Network Pingdingshan Comprehensive Report on July 4 On July 3, the meeting of leading cadres of Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, was held. Gao Shusen, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Provincial CPC Committee and a first-level inspector, attended and announced the decision of the provincial party committee: Comrade Zhang Leiming will be appointed secretary of the Pingdingshan Municipal CPC Committee; Comrade Zhou Bin will no longer serve as secretary, standing committee member, and member of the Pingdingshan Municipal CPC Committee; and Comrade Zhao Wenfeng will be appointed as a member, standing committee, and deputy secretary of the Pingdingshan Municipal CPC Committee.
On July 3, 2021, the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th People's Congress of Pingdingshan City voted and passed the decision on accepting the resignation of Comrade Zhang Leiming as the mayor of pingdingshan municipal people's government, and decided to appoint Comrade Zhao Wenfeng as vice mayor and acting mayor of Pingdingshan Municipal People's Government.
