The photos show that the sky is purple and there are many clearly visible lightning bolts.
Ringo posted on Facebook that between about 8:40 and 9:10 on the evening of the 17th, there were more than 40 thunderstorms in 30 minutes, which was a "crazy night".
This photo is actually made up of 14 photos superimposed, each with an exposure time of about two minutes.
He lived in the Sea Emperor's Court apartment in the Marin Parade area, heard that the storm was full of thunder and lightning, and he could see it on the balcony of his home, so he quickly set up a camera to capture this rare scene.

He revealed that the balcony of his home is facing west, so you can see Victoria Junior College, Ngee An Primary School and Katong Convent Girls' School.
He spent more than two hours selecting the right photos, then used image processing software to mix and stack and edit the program.

Ringo, 53, serves as the director of the music school's center.
He said he has been interested in photography since he was a teenager, but the real start of shooting lightning was in May last year, when he tried to take photos related to the sky, weather and stars due to the epidemic and blocking measures, and fell in love with it.
Over the past year, he has also learned from other enthusiasts and used the app to monitor the weather and share it with groups through a chat app if he felt that lightning might be where he might be.
