In 2014, he also served as the host of CCTV's "Weekend Happy Encounter" column.

Liu Ji became a literary and art soldier when he was 20 years old, and in 1981 he transferred to the Hebei Quyi Troupe and Ma Yunlu (Liu Wenheng's apprentice) to partner again (he had cooperated when he cut in the team) Liu Ji took Hou Yaowen as his teacher in 1994, and later studied Allegro with Wang Shuangfu. Jia Lun was born in 1963, his father is a cross-talk actor Jia Jiguang (Hou Baolin's apprentice) a cross-talk actor in the Rap Group of the China Railway Literary and Labor Troupe, and in 2008, he was transferred to the Coal Mine Cultural and Labor Troupe to become a national first-class actor. He has won the silver medal of the Hou Baolin Golden Film Award and the peony award in the second China Quyi Festival.
