Recently, Luodian Town, Baoshan District, launched the work of demolition and resettlement of housing in A9-A10 plots, focusing on the grass-roots "urgent difficulties and expectations", seeking the benefits of people's livelihood, relieving people's livelihood worries, and grasping the major people's livelihood project of relocation and resettlement housing construction.
The demolition and resettlement of the housing work is aimed at the Luodian base of the large-scale residential community project, the housing is located west of Hutai Road and south of Yangnan Road, which is used for the resettlement of residents of Luodian Daju, mainly involving the resettlement of relocated residents of Xibu Village, Beijin Village, Nanzhou Village, Zhangshu Village, Fuqiang Village, Yuanjing Village and Fujin Industrial Park (Shinian Village, Prosperity Village, Wangjia Village), alleviating the problem of a number of relocation transitions for more than 10 years.
It is understood that after the resettlement of 527 demolished households, the rest of the base demolition and resettlement of sub-houses will also be carried out one after another, a total of three batches.
At present, the M7, A30, Pan Iii and other bases are being consulted. After that, Fujin Industrial Park and Yangnan Road Project will also usher in the resettlement of sub-housing work. After the housing of A9 and A10 plots is resettled, the remaining housing can be resettled for some of the demolished households in the Base of Baoshan Industrial Park.

The room types of Meiluo Home Rongting are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, single-house construction area from 55 square meters to more than 120 square meters, residential buildings are built using prefabricated building technology, and the building single prefabrication rate reaches 40%, which is a star-rated green building.
The delivery of Meiluo Home Rongting is imminent, and lanjingyuan (A10 plot), which is separated by a small road from it, has been topped out by the end of November 2020, and is about to complete the completion of the record, and is expected to reach the household conditions by the end of November this year. The built-up area of The Metro Homestead will also be further expanded.
