He then commented slightly dismissively on China's aircraft carrier use level, saying that it is not easy for China to "maintain aircraft carrier operations" in the Indian Ocean region, and that aircraft carrier operations are not "computer games you buy." Given India's "long" history of aircraft carrier use, Sinha has come to the conclusion that China is still some way from us, but we should not stop our efforts.

Sinha's remarks have fully exposed the vision and level of the Indian Navy's top brass, and with such a high-level navy, it is no wonder that India's domestic aircraft carriers have been "difficult to produce" so far. First of all, since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, China is a peace-loving country and has always pursued an independent foreign policy of peace, but Sinha has disregarded the facts, forcibly labeled China as an "careerist", and advocated that China should compete with the United States for world leadership.
