1. Prepare a bowl of soybeans, wash them and soak them overnight in water. The next day, pour the water out of the soybeans, pour the soybeans into the pot, pour the right amount of water into the pot, sprinkle some salt, put a few green onions and ginger slices, and boil the water over medium heat. Cook the soy beans over medium heat for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare a tomato, after washing, take out a spoon and gently scrape the tomato skin a few times, to shave the entire tomato skin. Then use a knife to make a hole in the skin and tear off all the tomato skins with your hands. Then use a kitchen knife to cut off the roots of the tomatoes, and the rest is cut into cubes. After cutting, put the chopped tomatoes on a plate and set aside.
3. Prepare half an onion and soak the onion in salted water for a while to reduce the spicy taste of the onion. Next, the onion is fished out of the water, placed on a board, and cut into slices with a kitchen knife. Put the chopped onion on a plate and set aside.
4. Take out a few cloves of garlic, peel off the skin of the garlic first, then put the peeled garlic on the board and cut into garlic slices with a kitchen knife. Remove a small piece of ginger, wash it, and cut it directly into slices of the onion with a kitchen knife. Place the garlic slices and ginger slices together on the onion plate, wash a few coriander, and also put on the plate, set aside.

6. Heat the oil and pour enough cooking oil into the pot. 7. Adjust the heat to a low heat, pour the soybeans into the hot oil in the pot, stir-fry with a spatula, to fry all the water in the soybeans, until the soybeans in the pot become dark yellow, you can pour all the chopped tomatoes into the pot, and stir-fry them evenly with a spatula.
8. Now start seasoning. Scoop a spoonful of soybean paste and some sweet noodle sauce into the pan, add 50 grams of sugar and start stir-frying. Keep the heat low and stir-fry for about 20 minutes. Then, we can see that the soybeans have been sautéed very viscous.
