On the afternoon of October 28, the feedback meeting on teaching supervision work for the fall semester of 2021 was held in the third conference room of the library conference center. President Han Xu attended the meeting, and the members of the teaching supervision committee of the school, the party secretaries, deans, deputy secretaries, and vice deans of teaching of various colleges, and the heads of relevant departments such as undergraduate colleges, graduate schools, logistics service centers, and experimental training centers attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wang Xiuchun, director of the Steering Committee.

At the meeting, Supervisor Jiao Yongshu, Li Yueli, Yuan Shuaimin, Liu Libing, Hou Xiangdan, Wei Huaipeng, and Yang Ruixia spoke successively, and reported on the teaching order of the Hongqiao Campus, the teaching order of the Beichen Campus, the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, the teaching situation of young Yuanguang scholars, the evaluation of some teachers and students, the experimental (practice, practical training) course, and the teaching of postgraduate education. All the supervisors directly attacked the problems, combined with the shortcomings in the management of teachers' classroom teaching, the status and effect of students' classes, the teaching environment, etc., and saw things, and the supervision suggested that the relevant departments and colleges should proceed from the height of adhering to the original intention of Lide Tree, strictly manage teachers' classroom teaching, improve the system of collective lesson preparation and help of course groups, continuously optimize the methods and methods of student evaluation and teaching, implement a diversified evaluation and evaluation system, strengthen the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, and effectively consolidate the teaching quality goals and ideological goals. Based on the characteristics and highlights of the course itself, we will deeply collect and sort out the ideological and political cases of the curriculum; further standardize the teaching order of graduate students, strengthen the construction of the postgraduate course system and strict teaching quality standards; and regularly carry out inspections and maintenance of teaching buildings and teaching facilities.
Wang Xiuchun summarized the content of the supervision feedback, and introduced the thinking and prospect of the next step of the supervision committee from six aspects: the daily work of the supervision, the special research on the curriculum evaluation standards, the construction of the supervision feedback system, the system construction, the improvement of the briefing, and the improvement of the use of the evaluation and teaching results.

After listening carefully to the speeches of each supervisor, Han Xu fully affirmed the serious work of the supervisor and the importance of this meeting, and thanked the supervisors for their hard work and patience and meticulous efforts on behalf of the school. Han Xu pointed out that teaching quality is the lifeline of school development, and it is imperative to continuously improve the quality of teaching. Regarding the opinions and suggestions of the supervision feedback, he put forward clear requirements for relevant departments and colleges: First, adhere to the problem-oriented. Undergraduate colleges, graduate schools and other relevant departments should make a list of problems, formulate a rectification ledger, and verify each item for the people involved and the things involved to ensure that the problems of supervision and feedback are settled and everything is explained; the second is to grasp the process management. The secretaries and deans of all colleges should personally visit the front line of teaching, take the lead in teaching management, and strictly grasp the teaching and teaching and research work; strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and teacher style, so that every teacher can take "learning high as a teacher and being a model" as the pursuit to improve professional quality and teaching level; strengthen the training of young teachers and promote the growth of young teachers; the third is to attach importance to the construction of the graduate curriculum system, scientifically set up graduate courses, and strive to improve the quality of graduate education and teaching; fourth, do a good job in service guarantee work. Logistics service centers and other departments should do a good job of docking with teaching supervisors, and make immediate changes to the problems existing in the teaching environment from the perspective of serving teachers and students and serving teaching. He asked all second-level colleges to conscientiously convey and implement the spirit of the conference and further improve the effectiveness of supervision work and the level of education and teaching.
