Geely Xingrui should be the most eye-catching star model in the current independent brand car, with the CMA structure and the same level of rare 2.0T displacement, Xingrui topicality is indeed very strong, and since the listing, it can also have more than 10,000 sales every month. Acceleration & Brake Test:

One of the biggest selling points of this car is that it is equipped with a very rare 2.0T engine in the same class (which can be regarded as a large displacement today), and we should have certain expectations for its acceleration. From the actual test results, the ability to break 7.9 seconds is indeed very good, and there is nothing to question, which has exceeded the vast majority of compact cars (including joint ventures and autonomy), which is also in line with our psychological expectations. (For reference, Lynk & Co 03+: 7.2 seconds, Civic Hatchback: 8.85 seconds)
But unfortunately, with its large displacement, it does not have much gap with the smaller Golf 8 (8.2 seconds). We analyze, the reason may be the following three points: First, The 2.0T engine on Xingrui has a maximum power of 140kW and a maximum torque of 300Nm, and the parameters are equivalent to a low-power engine, which is equivalent to the level of Audi's 40TFSI; secondly, although the car is very light to drive, we found that it actually weighs 1.5 tons when we turned over the configuration table, which is definitely a heavyweight in the compact car; and then there is that this 7-speed wet dual-clutch daily driving is very smooth, and the response is quite fast, but in the case of 0-100km/h rapid acceleration, Acceleration is still more concerned about the smoothness of the gear change, and the speed of the gear change is not so limitless.
In addition, we also tried to lift the speed, but the acceleration was only 0.1 seconds faster, due to the transmission protection, the maximum speed can only be hoisted to 2500 rpm. And the torque is too large, and the already very sporty EAGLE F1 tires have slipped for a long time and lost grip. But the heat decay of the car was good, we did four or five accelerations and the results were still very stable.
In the 100km/h-0 brake test, we recorded a score of 35 meters, which is a very good result, especially considering its weight of 1.5 tons. For reference, Golf 8: 37.7 m; Civic: 38.69 m; Kia K3: 38.1 m.
The reason for such a good result is first of all due to the powerful braking system, which is one of the few cars that I think is worthy of its red calipers; secondly, to praise this set of tires, the grip is really good. But I want to remind you that the Giti tires on the lowest model of Xingrui may not have such a good grip. In addition, the braking results have a certain attenuation after many tests.
Noise test:
Xingrui this car and Lynk & Co 03 is the same platform product, on the Star Rui you can feel that the CMA architecture in terms of tranquility is indeed very good, specifically in two aspects: one is that the chassis of this car is very good insulation; second, it can be seen from the noise meter that the noise increases with the speed, and the increase is very linear.
But after all, limited by the cost, when sitting in, you can still feel that its tranquility is not as good as Lynk & Co 03: first of all, the tires of the EAGLE F1 equipped by Xingrui are biased towards performance orientation, and the road surface is more picky, and the tire noise will be relatively large in the rougher road surface; secondly, the environmental sound insulation of this car is slightly weaker, which is mainly a problem of glass; and then there is that the noise from the engine, wheel arch and tail compartment is slightly larger.
Fuel consumption test:
In this fuel consumption test, the road conditions in the urban area are relatively smooth, so the fuel consumption is not particularly high, and the apparent fuel consumption is 7.3L/100km at an average speed of 30km/h. A special mention here is the ECO mode of this car, although it is an economic model, but the driving experience I think is the best of the three modes, because the throttle is very linear, similar to the self-priming engine, and it will be very comfortable to follow the car in congested road conditions. In addition, the car does not have a start-stop system.
Under the high-speed road conditions, the speed of this car is very stable, basically around 2000 rpm, so the apparent fuel consumption is falling down at a speed visible to the naked eye, and the final comprehensive fuel consumption is 5.8L/100km. Although the oil consumption of the table is very low, the gap between the oil consumption of the table and the actual calculation of Xingrui is slightly larger, and the comprehensive fuel consumption we calculated in the end is 6.7L/100km. We think this result is already very good for it, because it is a 2.0T displacement after all, and it is so heavy, but the fuel consumption is similar to the 1.5T Civic. But it should be noted that Xingrui needs to add 95# gasoline, so the fuel economy should be discounted on this basis.
