In the past five years, Yongchang County has closely focused on the "two worries and three guarantees", integrated element resources, aggregated project funds, continued to make precise efforts, and invested a total of 334 million yuan, implementing 197 projects such as the promotion of the whole village, industrial poverty alleviation, ability and quality improvement, drinking water safety consolidation and improvement, rural human settlement environment improvement, relocation of poverty alleviation, and "two future generations" training; built a stable and sustainable poverty alleviation exit mechanism, successfully removed the hat of the "flower arrangement" poor county, and all 15 poverty-stricken villages withdrew from the archives. 9,112 people from 2,792 households have all been lifted out of poverty, and in 2020, they successfully passed the national and provincial and municipal assessment and acceptance, and won a decisive victory in the battle against poverty with high quality.

In the past five years, the added value of agriculture in Yongchang County has increased from 1.471 billion yuan in 2015 to 2.299 billion yuan in 2020, an average annual growth rate of 5.5%. In 2020, the sown area of crops reached 1.021 million mu, the area of high-quality specialty crops and water-saving crops reached 300,300 mu and 720,600 mu respectively, and the total grain output reached 344,300 tons; 10 standardized bases for carrots, red peppers and plateau vegetables were built, the planting area of vegetables reached 210,000 mu, and the area of high-quality forage mainly alfalfa reached 220,000 mu; 662 standardized breeding communities were built, and the total number of large-scale breeding households reached 12,405 The dairy sheep population reached 12,500, and the dairy cattle inventory reached 0.32 million; the quality and safety of agricultural products was successfully created, and the advantages of the "vegetable, grass, livestock" characteristic industry and the brand effect of characteristic agricultural products were increasingly prominent. In the past five years, Yongchang County has focused on promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, accelerating the development of strategic emerging industries, and improving the level of integration of "two modernizations", and the number of industrial enterprises has developed to 245 households, including 46 industrial enterprises above designated size, and the industrial added value has increased from 1.494 billion yuan in 2015 to 2.021 billion yuan in 2020, an average annual growth rate of 8.8%. In the past five years, Yongchang County has increased the supply of cultural products, improved the ability of traditional cultural services, and the spiritual culture of the masses has become increasingly rich; the implementation of the upgrading and transformation of Beihaizi Park, the protection and restoration of the National Wetland Park, the protection and repair of the Yongchang Battle Site of the Hongxi Road Army, and the display and utilization of other projects have been implemented, and 3 A-class scenic spots and 5 provincial-level rural tourism demonstration villages have been built, and the cultural tourism development pattern of "one body, two wings and multiple points" has initially taken shape. Actively cultivate the development of new formats such as finance, insurance, intermediary consulting, etc., by the end of 2020, the county's non-public economic market entities reached 15,000 households, the registered capital reached 15.86 billion yuan, and the proportion of non-public economy in the county's GDP reached 48.5%; accelerate the development of modern trade and logistics industry, the added value of the service industry reached 4.16 billion yuan, an average annual growth of 4.9%; the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 3.295 billion yuan, an average annual growth of 6.7%, successfully creating a national e-commerce into rural demonstration counties.
The ecological environment continues to improve
In the past five years, Yongchang County has coordinated the governance of the ecosystem of landscapes, forests, fields, lakes and grasses, solidly promoted the three major battles of water, atmosphere and soil pollution prevention, comprehensively completed the improvement of the ecological environment in Qilian Mountain, orderly promoted the rectification of various inspectors' feedback problems, and improved the overall quality of the ecological environment. Key ecological projects such as the "Three Norths" shelter forest, returning farmland to forest, natural forest protection, public welfare forest construction and grassland compensation awards have been successfully implemented, and a total of 40,800 mu of artificial afforestation and 357,500 mu of closed mountains and afforestation have been completed, and the forest coverage rate has reached 12%. Fight the three major defense battles of "blue sky, clear water and pure land", the total amount of pollutant emissions is controlled within the indicators issued by the superiors, the energy conservation and emission reduction target tasks are fully completed, and the energy consumption of the gross domestic product of 10,000 yuan has dropped by 20.81%. 1 national-level ecological township, 5 provincial-level ecological townships and 7 ecological villages have been created, and the level of ecological civilization has been continuously improved.

The urban and rural foundation has been continuously improved
In the past five years, Yongchang County has promoted a new type of urbanization with people as the core, closely focusing on water, electricity, roads, heat, gas, housing and other infrastructure, organizing the implementation of a number of major projects such as G570 urban sections, old residential areas, streetscape transformation, etc., newly reconstructing 31 kilometers of urban roads, urban and rural sanitation operations to achieve market-oriented operation, gradually improving urban functions, significantly improving population and industrial agglomeration capacity, and the urbanization rate of the permanent population reaching 56.9%, successfully creating a national health county. Solidly promote the three-year action of improving the rural living environment and the special treatment of no garbage in the whole region, build 73 new centralized settlements, demolish 6033 courtyards, renovate 3217 courtyards, renovate 13,800 dangerous houses, build 126 public toilets in administrative villages, renovate 15,300 household toilets, build 769 kilometers of rural roads, improve rural power grids, channels, safe drinking water, communications and other infrastructure, create 8 provincial-level beautiful rural demonstration villages, and achieve full coverage of clean villages.
The cause of people's livelihood has made comprehensive progress
In the past five years, Yongchang County has implemented provincial and municipal practical projects for the private sector, and the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents has increased by an average of 8% and 8.1% per year. Promote the inclusive development of preschool education, the balanced development of compulsory education, and the development of high school education characteristics, the enrollment rate of school-age children in the compulsory education stage has reached 100%, the consolidation rate has reached 99.5%, the gross enrollment rate at the high school stage has remained above 99%, the establishment of the Yongchang Vocational Middle School provincial vocational reform and development demonstration school has been orderly promoted, the national compulsory education basic balance county has passed the assessment and acceptance, and the level of integrated development of urban and rural education has been continuously improved. Continue to deepen the reform of the medical and health system, start the implementation of the county medical community construction, every thousand people have beds and health technicians increased to 3.55 and 6.82 respectively, the medical and health service system is gradually improved. 33,395 new jobs were created in cities and towns, 16,037 unemployed people were reemployed, and the registered unemployment rate in cities and towns was controlled within 3.5%.
