During his visit, Tohtaji Maimait Tursun learned that the father of the villager, Merdan Mamuti, was seriously ill, lacked labor, had no financial resources, and had a very difficult life, so he often sent him rice, flour, vegetables and other daily necessities, and used the rest and preparation time to lead the auxiliary police to help with farm work, repair the house, and transform the dilapidated small house of the Ma'd'Armanti family into a heart-warming hut.

Since 2017, Tohtaji Maimait Tursun has always taken the lead in leading all the civilian auxiliary police to fight one battle after another, successfully completing various key tasks and effectively ensuring the safety and stability of the jurisdiction.
