Jiao Jilin, vice chairman of the Changzhi Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and Zhang Libin, vice chairman of the Pingshun County CPPCC Committee, accompanied the investigation.
