这套公寓的屋主喜欢空间氛围纯粹一点，并且不断提醒设计师对于空间尺度的掌握，再加上要满足一家三口人的居住及活动需求。为此，以开放式的布局规划，搭配轻隔断的设计，让空间保有穿透感，且视线上也不会互相干扰，再试着将八种不同花色的板材运用其中，以一种精致工艺的概念，突显空间的纯粹。

从原始的布局图来看，这套129平方米的空间有不少隔断墙，导致空间感相对零碎，采光也无法自由流动，整体环境感觉比较压抑。

1. 调整为二室二厅二卫。

2. 公领域采取开放式布局。

采用一个开放格局，但搭配一些矮隔断，让空间中既保有区隔，又有部分的穿透感，视线上也比较不会干扰。其次，运用一些材料，把天花板、地板还有墙壁进行轴线整合，再以一些数学关系，去暗示的抓出空间中轴线，再利用这条中轴线，将材料做一个整理。

另外，尽量让材质单纯简化，透过某一种板材的大量运用，装修包括墙壁、天花板等，将设计、功能等事情都整合至建材的规划当中。

一、建材的使用

这个作品中，设计团队试图将八种不同花色的板材运用其中，以一种精致工艺的概念，突显空间的纯粹；并利用延伸尺度及整合材料的手法作为设计的出发点，让空间即使有着多种材料变化，空间的天、地、壁依然能形成具有流动性的视觉感。

二、空间的联结

延续"流动"的基调，让公领域的客厅、餐厅及厨房产生关联。以"回"字型规划动线，不论客厅、餐厅或厨房都能拉高互动关系，使得空间中最终呈现的是材质流动的延续感及和谐的家人互动关系。

玄关

为了抓出空间的中轴线，刻意将玄关柜抬高于地面，让地板石材与木地板之间的这一条轴线不被鞋柜遮盖，并延伸至墙壁、天花板，进而整合了间接照明、墙壁及镜面的关系，也整合地板玄关的材料规划。

玄关墙面底部使用石纹板材，而柜子、天花板及墙壁则是采用木纹板材；透过灰色系作为基底，达到虚化柜体的效果，减缓压迫感。其次，进门左侧的悬空柜穿插使用铁件，进行材料上的变化，不仅勾勒出精致化，视觉上也比较能跳出来。

玄关右边为厨房，为了去除"开门见灶"的状况，砌了一道大理石墙，但墙高只从梁下至地板，墙的上端还保有空间，一方便让光线能自由流动，也避免空间氛围过度压抑。

客厅

客厅与餐厅以一座低矮电视墙为区隔；而这道石墙做了切缝处理，让石材的转角处能部分被穿透，呼应空间流动的概念。

其次，由于电视墙刚好在梁柱下，梁体下方采用油漆处理，其他处则包覆铁框，减轻梁在视觉上的压力；而且刚好也可以区分客厅、餐厅的天花，并暗示电视墙处于空间正中心的一个合理性。

空间立面掌握表情单纯、简化的原则，所以将一些功能、收纳隐藏在墙后，打造干净的立面表情。氛围上，墙、顶、地是木纹，左右两边则是石纹的感觉，呈现一个比较纯粹的气息；且透过"比较有秩序性”的设计，将天花板、墙壁、地板予以结合，产生一个比较简单的视觉感，也营造稳定的环境氛围。

公领域去除封闭式隔断之后，动线改用"回"字型规划，提升客厅、餐厅或厨房的互动关系；同时让客厅与餐桌之间，保留一些区隔性，但仍维持部分的通透性，除让视线能随着天花板延伸，材料也从地板蔓延至墙壁，再回到天花，与人在空间之中的流动相呼应。

餐厅

开放式的餐厅里，以餐桌搭配中岛台；这样设计，除了扩大了备餐空间，当屋主在使用岛台时，也能与餐桌上的人互动。

▲ 长形餐桌除了用餐功能，也是看书、聊天的好地方。

另外值得一提的是，这张长达三米的餐桌，设计师不希望它是一般桌脚的形式，所以将餐桌与电视内墙整合在一起，让它等于是空间中的一个对象，且有遮蔽的效果，当坐在沙发上时，视线将不会与餐厅的人相互影响。

至于餐桌侧边墙上的收纳柜体，挑选与餐桌花色相近的板材，制造空间中的内敛感。

厨房

由于这个空间的采光较弱，光靠自然光是不足的，但使用传统的投射灯又会造成亮度不均匀，因此采用"流明天花"设计增加亮度；范围从玄关、厨房上面的整块天花板，都进行"流明"处理，等于打开灯光时，即有"漫射光"的效果。

于是当屋主在厨房进行烹调工作时，不会有光照阴影的死角，全方位的提供均匀亮度，达到化解阴暗感觉的目的。

主卧室的洁白天花在光线衬托下，营造出空间的轻盈明亮感；另搭配异材质墙面，并以黑铁收边，再运用深色的木作柜体、地板，一方面呈现沉稳质感，同时也营造舒适的睡眠氛围。

卫生间

穿越连接通道来到主卧室卫生间；布局采取三分离设计，明确规划干、湿区，奠定功能分区的使用基础。

其次，运用两面采光的优势，再搭配镜面，创造空间反射的作用，藉此增加采光与空间层次感；并以建筑的力量，巧妙利用墙体遮挡日晒，勾勒舒适的私领域空间。

这套公寓装修，从材料的感受进而转化出屋主所喜欢的空间氛围，运用如同拼图一样的设计概念，精准拿捏空间相处的比例，且当全部元素都紧密卡在一起之后，即完成一件很好的作品，完成为屋主打造专属家居空间的期待。
