In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the census work and the spirit of Premier Li Keqiang's important instructions, implement the requirements of the first natural disaster comprehensive risk highway and waterway disaster victim census work video conference call, and deploy the work of promoting the comprehensive implementation stage of the natural disaster comprehensive risk highway disaster victim survey, on July 16, organized by the Municipal Transportation Commission and the Municipal Highway Center, Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Highway Society jointly hosted the first natural disaster comprehensive risk highway disaster body census training meeting, and invited experts from the Census Office of the Ministry of Transport to attend the meeting for guidance. More than 100 people attended the training meeting, including the Safety Supervision Department of the Municipal Transportation Commission, the Facilities Department, the Municipal Highway Center, the Municipal Highway Society, the Municipal Municipal Court, the relevant responsible comrades of the transportation departments of various districts, the relevant responsible persons and technical backbones of various highway operating enterprises.
The meeting demanded that the responsible departments of all districts should improve their political standing and unify their ideological understanding. It is necessary to grasp the overall goal, keep an eye on the stage tasks, strengthen technical coordination, make full use of the existing work base and stock data, and carry out high-quality risk census work. It is necessary to grasp the requirements of work, strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen funding guarantees, allocate sufficient and strong census teams, and plan in advance the application of census data and results in accordance with the principle of "census, application, and effectiveness", and complete various risk census tasks with high standards.
Xia Wangmin, an expert of the Census Office of the Ministry of Transport, explained in detail the work background, work objectives, work content and principle objectives of the census of natural disaster comprehensive risk highway disaster bearers, and gave professional explanations on the key and difficult issues in the division of duties, work processes, census methods and other aspects encountered in the pilot work, and gave valuable opinions such as attaching great importance to the mobilization of front-line technical personnel, strengthening technical support for data review, and carrying out census work in combination with the work experience in the pilot stage.
Liu Yue, an expert of the Census Office of the Ministry of Transport, conducted training on the collection system of natural disaster comprehensive risk highway disaster bearers on the business path, user management process, information collection and review process, and software operation on the Web and App ends, and conducted on-site Q&A interaction and discussion sessions with Xia Wangmin to provide professional answers to difficulties and related technical issues in the census work.
Through this training, the participants further enhanced their understanding of the importance of the risk census work, gained a deeper understanding and a clearer direction for the census work; effectively enhanced their sense of responsibility, mission, and urgency in doing a good job in the census of highway disaster victims; seriously experienced the content of the training course; and laid a solid foundation for doing a good job in the census work of the whole city with high standards and high quality.
