Sea toads, also known as cane toads, are once used to remove pests from sugar cane. They are also known as the American giant toad because of their large size.

Male cane toads average body length of 10-15 cm, females are significantly larger than males, reaching up to 20–24 cm. The largest cane toad weighs 2.65 kg and has a body length of 38 cm.
Dry skin and pimples. The abdomen is creamy white with black or brown bumps.
The iris is golden in color, and there are large parotid glands behind each eye.
They eat almost everything, such as rodents, reptiles, other amphibians, birds and a variety of invertebrates.
A cane toad devours a snake.
When threatened, they secrete a milky white liquid called toad toxin. Some people died from eating sea toads.
Like adults, eggs and tadpoles are toxic to many animals.
