Official data show that the service life of a replacement power station is about 20 times that of the traditional power exchange cabinet, the charging efficiency and battery energy are about 2 times that of the traditional power exchange cabinet, and a replacement power station can serve at least 500 users per day. According to the plan, the replacement first landed in Hangzhou, and the construction of 45 power exchange stations has been completed in Hangzhou, and it is expected that by the end of 2021, the number of installation sites will reach 80.

Like electric vehicles, the two-wheeled electric vehicle power exchange mode is also based on B-end users in the early stage, and the main service objects are takeaway, express delivery and other platforms. However, with the implementation of the new national standard for motorcycles, the C-end market demand for two-wheeled electric vehicles is being released. In this context, some people believe that after 5 years, the size of the B-end two-wheel electric vehicle replacement market will reach at least 40 billion yuan, while the C-end market size is likely to reach more than 100 billion yuan.

"We will not deliberately divide B-end or C-end users, the B-end market has a lot of traditional power exchange companies in operation, from the cost point of view, we have no way to compare with them." In the mainland market, compared with B-end users, the C-end market is now a blue ocean. We hope to solve the pain points of C-end users for charging, and provide them with a more convenient and safer power exchange mode that meets their tastes and life style. At present, the replacement has special requirements for the two-wheeled electric vehicle that joins the power exchange network, and unlike the old car modification access system commonly used in the B-end market, the vehicles that join the replacement network need to be customized and need to be replaced by safety verification.

At present, the replacement of the two major shareholders Yadi and the GreatEr Yangtze River Group have respectively launched the model plan of adapting the replacement and replacement network. By 2022, Yadi models will be fully adapted to the replacement network; from 2022 to 2023, Dajiang Group will successively launch 5 new models of electric motorcycles and electric mopeds to adapt to the replacement network.
