　　The website of the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision released the news on the morning of October 27: Ma Liang, secretary of the party committee and director of the new prison in the province, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently under disciplinary review and supervision and investigation.

　　According to the public resume, Ma Liang, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1965, Heilongjiang Luobei people, began working in December 1984, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1993, graduated from the Party School of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, majoring in economic management, on-the-job university degree. Ma Liang has served in the prison system in Heilongjiang Province for a long time, and has served as deputy secretary and political commissar of the party committee of Xianglan Prison, secretary of the party committee and prison director of Xianglan Prison, secretary of the party committee and prison director of the new prison.

　　It is worth mentioning that Fan Yuxiang served as the party secretary and prison director of Hulan Prison from December 2011 to July 2017 for nearly 6 years.
