The final of the Southwest Division of the China E-commerce Lecturer Competition and the First Cross-border E-commerce Lecturer Competition in Guiyang City ended today in Guiyang

On November 24th, the final of the "Southwest Branch of the 4th China E-commerce Lecturer Competition and the First Cross-border E-commerce Lecturer Competition in Guiyang City" was held at the Guizhou Hotel in Guiyang City. At the final scene, the contestants closely focused on rural e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, social e-commerce and other content, combined with their respective work practices to carry out wonderful speeches. After fierce competition, 20 outstanding players successfully qualified and will participate in the national competition as representatives.

With the theme of "China E-commerce Qianfu • Talking About the Cross-border Peak", the competition was jointly sponsored by the China International E-commerce Center of the Ministry of Commerce and the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and was implemented by Guizhou Mother Cloud E-commerce Co., Ltd. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the relevant departments and agencies of the Ministry of Education, the China E-commerce Lecturer Competition is a national and professional competition launched by the China International E-Commerce Center of the Ministry of Commerce in conjunction with local governments, cooperative institutions and authoritative media, and is one of the most influential e-commerce competitions in China.

The reporter learned that the Southwest Division held the first cross-border e-commerce lecturer competition in Guiyang on the basis of hosting the southwest division of the fourth China E-commerce Lecturer Competition, aiming to gradually explore and cultivate outstanding e-commerce lecturer talents, form a complete cross-border e-commerce training system, and build a cross-border e-commerce talent base in Guiyang. At the same time, it also makes full use of the opportunity of the construction of the Guiyang Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone to implement the "Silk Road E-commerce" action plan of the Ministry of Commerce, promote the rapid development of the Guiyang Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, and help the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the economy in the southwest region.

According to reports, the expert review team of the Southwest Division is composed of well-known e-commerce experts and scholars, and comprehensively scores the contestants' teaching methods, teaching skills and comprehensive quality, curriculum design, language expression and other aspects. Since the launch of the competition in Guiyang on October 12, a total of 207 players from Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Anhui and other provinces (cities, districts) have registered to participate.

After the selection of the sea and the preliminary competition, 40 outstanding lecturers successfully advanced to the final of the Southwest Division. The content of the competition involves rural e-commerce, industry e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, social e-commerce, e-commerce applications and other categories. After a day of fierce competition, the Southwest Division finally decided 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 16 third prizes and 20 excellent awards. Sun Zhixiang, a participant who won the first prize of the competition, told reporters that because he is engaged in e-commerce training, he hopes to improve his ability through this competition and learn and communicate with more peers and friends.

At the event site, Yang Bo, vice mayor of Guiyang Municipal People's Government, said that Guiyang City has been approved to set up a cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone for more than a year, making full use of policy advantages, in accordance with the strategic deployment of "Internet + big foreign trade" of the provincial party committee and provincial government, solidly promoting the in-depth integration and development of Internet trade and advantageous industries, and building a bonded warehouse of more than 70,000 square meters, more than 350,000 square meters of factory buildings, and more than 8,000 square meters of cross-border e-commerce supervision warehouses. As of October 2019, there were 56 cross-border e-commerce companies included in the statistics in Guiyang.
