After investigation and evidence collection, the police of the Xincheng District Public Security Sub-Bureau summoned the offender, Tu X, to the police station. After review, Mr. Tu confessed to his illegal behavior. Pursuant to item 2 of the first paragraph of article 50 of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law, the police imposed a penalty of five days of administrative detention on Tu X on suspicion of obstructing the performance of his duties.
