It is understood that at 14:00 on October 20, the defendant in the case, Yun X, was driving a minivan to a certain intersection in the new city after drinking, and abandoned the car to escape because he saw the traffic police inspecting the car, and was later arrested by the traffic police on the spot. After testing, its blood alcohol content is 164.86mg/100ml, which belongs to drunk driving. On the 21st, Yun Moumou was criminally detained. On the 24th, the case was transferred to the Xincheng District People's Procuratorate for review and prosecution. On the morning of the 27th, in accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work, the Criminal Trial Division of the Xincheng District People's Court conducted a remote public trial of the defendant Yun X's suspected dangerous driving case through the "Cloud Court" connection detention center.
