The National Hearing Impaired Recitation Competition is held every two years and is a cultural event for the hearing impaired in the country. The competition has 2 first prizes, the first time in the form of online finals, through the playback of video works recorded by the contestants, expert judges on-site, remote review of the combination of the way to carry out live broadcast, and equipped with barrier-free subtitles and sign language interpreters, convenient for the hearing impaired group to participate. In the finals, the contestants sang fondly the great course of the party in the past hundred years, relived the glorious century-old party history, and expressed their patriotic feelings for the country and the party. Li Yan, a contestant from our province, gave a wonderful speech on the theme of "They Have a Common Name - Communist Party Members", which fully demonstrated the positive, energetic and promising spirit of the hearing impaired people in our province.
Qinghai Association for the Deaf won the "Excellent Organization Award" of this competition.
