Cui Peng, male, was born in September 1970 in Yitong Manchu Autonomous County, Jilin Province.
Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Jilin Normal University in 1995;
In 2013, he graduated from the Printmaking Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree.
He is a professor of the Printmaking Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, a returnee scholar, and a printmaker Mr. Fan Min.
He currently teaches at Yitong Manchu Senior High School.
