According to the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Chongqing Branch of the Bank of China and the Discipline Inspection Commission of banan District, the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Chongqing Branch of the Bank of China and the Banan District Supervision Commission recently filed a case to examine and investigate the serious violations of discipline and law by He Yong, former secretary of the party committee and president of the Chongqing Yuzhong Branch of the Bank of China.

After investigation, He Yong lost his ideals and convictions, deviated from his original mission, colluded in confessions and transferred hidden assets involved in the case, resisted organizational review, and did not perform the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly administering the party; he defied the wind and violated discipline, violated the spirit of the eight central regulations, ate and drank at public expense in violation of regulations, and accepted banquets, tourism, and entertainment activities arranged by management service recipients; did not truthfully report personal matters; decided to set up a "small treasury" in violation of regulations; and deviated from family virtues. Taking advantage of one's position to illegally possess public property, seek benefits for others in terms of the credit line of an enterprise, and illegally accept huge amounts of property.

He Yong seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline, constituting a serious violation of official duties and suspected of embezzlement and bribery, and did not restrain himself after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, which was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, after study by the party committee of the Chongqing Branch of the Bank of China, it was decided to give He Yong the punishment of expulsion from the party; the Chongqing Branch of the Bank of China gave him the punishment of expulsion; and the proceeds of his violation of discipline and law were confiscated; and the Banan District Supervisory Commission transferred his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred together.
