In order to further enhance the awareness of self-protection and the rule of law among young people, prevent and reduce juvenile illegal and criminal behaviors, effectively curb the occurrence of campus bullying incidents, and create a harmonious and safe campus environment, recently, the Xiqing Court walked into Dongzui Primary School and presented a "gift package" of the rule of law to the students.
During the activity, Zhang Ying, judge of the Criminal Trial Division of Xiqing Court and vice principal of the rule of law of Dongzui Primary School, took the recent juvenile criminal cases as the starting point, combined with the psychological characteristics of teenagers, and through the teaching method of "on-site teaching + typical cases", she used cases to explain the law and discuss matters with the law, and guided students to establish the correct "three views". Subsequently, the police officers of the criminal trial court explained to the students what campus bullying is and how to deal with it when they or others encounter campus bullying, improve the students' self-protection ability, advocate that everyone should not be arrogant bullies, indifferent bystanders, and silent victims, resolutely resist all kinds of campus bullying, and guide students to respect the law, learn the law, abide by the law, and use the law, and be good at using legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
In the next step, the Xiqing Court will focus on the youth group, extend the tentacles of law popularization, carry out various forms and rich content of legal education activities, and form a strong atmosphere of "understanding the law in the heart and practicing the law in action" on campus, so that the law can escort the healthy and happy growth of students.
