The court found that between 2003 and 2020, defendant Wang Ting took advantage of his positions as president of the Ya'an Downtown Branch of the Chinese Bank, director of the Ya'an Supervision Branch of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, deputy director and vice chairman of the Sichuan Rural Credit Cooperative Union, etc., to provide assistance to others and their affiliated enterprises in coordinating loans, job transfers, job adjustments, equity purchases, and contracting business, and successively accepted property sent by 16 people, including Luo X.
