The Peacock River is the most beautiful scenery in Korla City, and is the "Mother River" of Korla City in Bazhou, Xinjiang. It is a rare untributed stream with its only source from Lake Bosten (the source of which comes from the Kaidu River). Along Lixiang Road, go south to the head, down the embankment, a turquoise autumn water unfolds in front of you... The Peacock River, like a long green ribbon, runs through the city...

Although it is not recommended to feed wild animals, there are still citizens who enthusiastically offer love, beautiful swans gently paddle through the water, even the foraging posture is so elegant, it can be seen that the swans not only like korla's food, but perhaps more fond of this hot land...

Because Bayinbrook freezes every winter, some of the strong swans fly south for the winter, and the swan parents with their annual young swans cannot fly to the far south, passing through here, due to the hospitality of the people on the Peacock River, coupled with the warming of the climate, so the swan family stayed. Over the years, many swans of the Bayinbrook grassland flew in the winter, and more and more, there were beautiful encounters with swans.
