【Wild Swan Avian Influenza Outbreak in Beijing Yuanmingyuan】Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued an announcement that after the national avian influenza reference laboratory confirmed, a wild swan H5N8 subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreak occurred in the Yuanmingyuan Ruins Park in Haidian District, Beijing. There were 15 wild birds inhabiting the epidemic site, with 3 diseases and 3 deaths. After the outbreak of the epidemic, the local emergency response mechanism was immediately activated to disinfect the surrounding environment, and all the sick and dead wild birds have been harmlessly treated.
