The power of stillness is an invincible force
In "Zhuangzi Dasheng", there is such a story:
During the Western Zhou Dynasty, there was a chicken keeper named Ji Quezi, and the chickens he raised were specially used for cockfighting, and this chicken, as long as it was raised by him, fought invincible hands all over the world.
One day, King Xuan of Zhou hired him as the head of the royal family's cockfighting training base, and Ji Quezi naturally wholeheartedly cultivated cockfighting for King Xuan of Zhou.
Ten days later, King Xuan of Zhou came to inspect the work: "Mr. Ji, has this chicken been properly domesticated?" Kiko replied honestly, "These chickens are vain and arrogant, arrogant and arrogant," but they can't be used yet.
King Xuan of Zhou returned disappointed. After another ten days, King Xuanwang of Zhou was itching to fight cocks, and then ran to Ji Zi and asked, "Sir, can chickens be properly domesticated now?" Kiki replied, "Not yet, these chickens jump as soon as they see the shadow, and they bark when they hear a noise." King Xuan of Zhou had no choice but to give up.
After another ten days, King Xuan of Zhou came to ask again, and Ji Xuanzi's answer still could not satisfy King Xuan of Zhou: "No, these chickens are still so concerned about the rapid disease, and they are strong in spirit." King Xuan of Zhou had no choice but to leave.
Another ten days had passed, and King Xuanwang of Zhou had no hope for Ji Zi, but still asked with luck: "Sir, can cockfighting be used?" Kisuke replied, "Almost, even if the other chickens crow, it will not change anything, it looks like a wooden chicken, its virtue can really be said to be complete, other chickens see it turn around and run." ”
Sure enough, King Xuan of Zhou used it to sweep the invincible hands of the cockfighting arena, which is also known as "dumb wooden chicken." ”
"Dumb as a wooden chicken" tells us that "Jing" can be invincible. ”
Knowing and then having concentration, being still and then being able to be still, being quiet and then being able to be at peace, being able to be at peace and then being able to worry, worrying and then being able to get.

"Only by knowing the state that one should attain can one be determined; only by being determined can one be calm and not impatient; only by being calm and not impatient can one be at ease; only by being at ease can one think carefully; only by thinking carefully can one reap the rewards."

When a person is quiet, the thoughts in the mind will be filtered clearly, and when a person finds calm in leisure, he will realize the true opportunity of the heart. This is the benefit of calming the mind.
Life itself is quiet, only the heart is not confused by external objects, not disturbed by the environment, in order to be like Tao Yuanming in the downtown without the noise of cars and horses, the so-called "heart far away from the self-deviation."
The calmed mind is beautiful, and everything you see is a beautiful scenery
All things are self-sufficient in contemplation, and the most beautiful thing in the world is Qinghuan
"Quiet" observation of all things can get the pleasure of nature, and people's interest in the wonderful scenery throughout the year is the same. The truth connects all the tangible and intangible things between heaven and earth, and thought permeates the vicissitudes of the times.

When the mind is very calm, when your consciousness is more delicate, plants and animals can fully feel your love, and you can connect with your energy, so why is it said that all things are one.
In our daily busy life, we must always give ourselves a chance to "calm down".
Because only by calming down and not being impatient, can we think quietly, can we produce wisdom, and can we manage our lives well and stand undefeated.
