After arriving at the case, Yang Mourong confessed to his illegal behavior and repented of not being the first. Subsequently, Yang Mourong (male, 39 years old, from Nanjie, Guangning County) was administratively detained by the Guangning police for 10 days in accordance with the law for picking quarrels and provoking trouble.
