First of all, in the conference room of the Dalai Hushuo Highway Patrol Squadron, Deputy Captain Yao Xu deployed and requested the work related to the emergency drill, and at 10 a.m., the drill officially began, and snow fell in the jurisdiction of Huoshi City, the visibility was low and the road surface was wet and slippery, and traffic accidents occurred in some sections of the road. The passage of vehicles has been seriously affected, and it is necessary to organize personnel and equipment to clean up the road surface of the place with anti-freeze and anti-skid snow removal to ensure the safe and smooth passage of vehicles. After receiving the alarm, the traffic management brigade police immediately launched an emergency plan, timely informed the road administration, rescue and other relevant units of the situation, according to the analysis of the situation of the on-site road section, according to the plan, the police participating in the drill quickly controlled the direction of the incoming car, implemented traffic control, maintained traffic order, ensured the passage of wrecker vehicles, and prevented accidents. After the traffic police and road administration, rescue, traffic police and other units jointly carried out snow removal operations such as snow removal, road sweeping, and sprinkling snow melting agent, 120 first aid successfully sent the injured personnel to the hospital, and after half an hour of joint operations, the dangerous situation was eliminated and the exercise was successfully completed.
Based on the actual situation of the jurisdiction, the drill was based on the principle of "prevention first, prevention and elimination combined", and from the actual combat to train the emergency response, coordination, on-site command and aftermath of the police and relevant emergency response departments in all aspects.
All units in the drill work were able to rush to all posts in a timely manner in strict accordance with the regulations and carry out emergency work in an orderly manner.
