Runners who insist on jogging for three or five kilometers a day, many really just started running, in general, such runners, have not really integrated into the circle of running, but according to their own exercise mode, start running, that's all. If such a new runner, once integrated into the running circle, will soon be "infected" to ten kilometers, half a horse, or even a full horse.

If you insist on jogging for three or five kilometers a day, for more than a year, you have not yet joined the running organization, you can be considered stubborn to go home, although there are very few such runners, but there are also some. Such runners are not expected to join the running group, and they will not talk to you about any marathon, because they know their running level and belong to the standard running fitness family, and everyone does not need to disturb and be well with each other.

Of course, there are also some former runners who, for various reasons in their families or lives, have shelved running for a year or two and returned to the circle. They usually start from three or five kilometers, but their state does not last long, because the road they have walked, if they walk again, will often be smoother than the new person.

Jogging 10 kilometers a day is the choice of most runners. Ten kilometers is the best distance for one hour of exercise, and many runners define the starting distance of running every day to ten kilometers. Because, an hour of running time, for most runners who have to work to support their families, is reasonable, and it is also a workout time that can be squeezed out. At the same time, the distance of 10 kilometers, ordinary people, sounds less scary than the whole horse; for marathon runners, ten kilometers is also a normal distance for running training, and it will not be despised.

If you can insist on running ten kilometers a day, many of them have their own running organizations behind them, at least three or five friends who love running together, they are also gradually growing in mutual influence, and occasionally participate in a marathon event, most of them are half horses!

Insisting on more than 10 kilometers a day, about half a horse runner every weekend, such runners, in the running circle can be described as senior runners, they have generally participated in the full marathon race, at least, there is already a desire to challenge the full marathon. Such runners now occupy the vast majority of running circles.

Runners who run half marathons every day, if each run is more than half a course, such runners belong to the kind of people who absolutely love running, they are generally idols worshiped in the running circle, although they do not pursue speed, but adhere to very well, the body has fully adapted to this state, such a big god must not be underestimated, must show respect.

Runners who know how to intersperse training, know how to intermittently, know how to long distances, and also know how to jog to recover, if they insist on training very regularly, such running may be the future god. They have dreams in their hearts, they have pursuits, and sometimes they don't necessarily stand on the platform to win awards, but they must be serious runners, they must take running very seriously... The gods are all from such runners.

Constantly challenge the ultra-long distance runners, today pull a 50 km, tomorrow pull a 100 km, such runners, in the running circle is rare, is definitely the few elite running laps, maybe they often participate in the hundred kilometers, maybe they have more ultra-long distance challenges in their hearts, they are not running fitness, they are constantly challenging themselves!!! They enjoy the thrill of constant challenge, and we can only worship!
