Afternoon time

This afternoon was spent in the kitchen. From the return of grocery shopping, I began to choose vegetables, wash vegetables, cut vegetables, side dishes, and noodles, boiling.... and other processes, from two o'clock in the afternoon to eight o'clock in the evening, a full six hours of busy operation, the legs are standing numb. However, when I saw the fruits of my labor, I was quite satisfied.

1 pound of beef and a handful of leeks turned into three plates of dumplings, 2 pounds of beef brisket and chicken feet became a pot of brisk flavor, the house was full of aromas, and flour and green onions also changed into golden brown cakes, tempting people on the plate. Pour a drink, cook a bowl of dumplings, catch a little brine, take a bite of the cake, and pour a glass of wine. Good times come quietly. Look at the scenery outside and taste the food in your mouth. Let the senses experience the beauty of the moment. Discover that relaxing after toil is truly relaxing.

In the past, when I was at home, my wife and mother would sometimes say, Ah, I am exhausted after a busy day. I felt how I could be so busy at home that I was exhausted. When you are tired, you will rest, watch TV, clean up, cook a meal, watch a child. Although they didn't say it on their lips, they felt in their hearts that this tiredness shouldn't exist, but they were a little bit unable to adjust themselves. It is impossible to be more tired than going to work, and no matter how tired you are, you are at home.

And now when I think that in the field, all life must rely on myself, when I really did it, I found that the steamed bun, the bowl of vegetables, the bite of meat, each of which is not so easy to enter, it is necessary to use heart, use kung fu, and use time to boil out. And I only need to move my mouth to judge the success of their labor. If it is an appreciation, it is enough, if it is criticism, they do not say it, how wronged they should be in their hearts. Just like when we work, a word from Party A, an idea from a leader, we need time to argue. It may be a very simple thing in the eyes of others, but to implement, to land, to blossom and bear fruit, it takes painstaking efforts. The so-called transposition thinking, if you have not personally experienced it, all transpositions are false transpositions. Without personal experience, transposition is just sympathetic pity. And only after experiencing and then transposition, can we truly realize empathy and feel each other's feelings. Like the saying of Marx's theory, practice is the only criterion for testing all truth.

After experiencing it, I know how to cherish it more. Planting a grain of millet in the spring and harvesting ten thousand seeds in the autumn, remembering it when you are a child in order to memorize poetry, and remembering it because of life when you grow up. When I was a child, I felt that my parents were too nagging and simple, and when I grew up, I found that simplicity was the true meaning of life. Afternoon time. Long is not long, short is not short. A person who is willing to sacrifice an afternoon for you to live is worth cherishing.
