After being admitted to the civil service, what should I do if I feel that I have lost my fighting spirit?

author:1997 Dumbo

The examination of civil servants is like a thousand troops crossing a single wooden bridge, and every warrior who finally goes ashore has already cultivated the excellent qualities of being steady, hard-working, and optimistic. The identity of civil servant itself represents a certain recognition of ability, and I believe that every civil servant has a positive heart of self-dedication to the country at the beginning of his post. However, after staying in the post for a long time, some civil servants gradually lost their fighting spirit, lost their goals, and did nothing day after day.

Since the streamlining and reform of government agencies, most of the civil servants have been very full, and young civil servants generally report that they are too busy to stand, but there are also some civil servants who go to work every day like a monk striking a bell, and the motivation to go to work is nothing but to cope with check-in.

To be honest, this feeling I really know too well, because I once had such a period, every day in addition to the necessary work ordered by the leader, the rest of the time is in a daze, brushing mobile phones, waiting for work, bored to the extreme, completely without the spirit and positivity when I first entered the unit, it can be said that I indulged in the "lying flat" state without knowing it. Later, I seriously reflected on it, and the main reason for this is the following reasons:

First, the main reason is in the individual, there is no self-motivation, tired of coping with the work, no enthusiasm, treatment of work-related business, no spirit of study, treatment of the profession engaged in, no sense of honor.

Second, related to the leadership style, in a large unit, there are many departments, the leadership style of each department is different, young and capable department leaders, there will always be a variety of innovations in the business, very able to drive the new young people in the department, there will be a lot of work arrangements for young people every day, and you will not have free time at all. Then there are the old leaders who are on the verge of retirement, their careers have become a foregone conclusion, and they have also looked down on the honor of evaluating excellence and creating first, only to complete the work within the scope of the business, to ensure that there is no trouble and no accidents, and to retire safely and safely. If you work under such a leader, I think it is very easy to lose morale.

Third, related to the atmosphere of the department, the working atmosphere of a department will also affect the state of the newly promoted young civil servants, if the colleagues around you are positive, full of energy, and enthusiastic about work, you will naturally unconsciously follow their steps. However, if the senior colleagues of the entire department are in a state of coping with work in addition to brushing mobile phones and playing games, then collective efficiency will also be affected.

A good youth, spent in laziness and decadence, is a must. Once you find yourself in this downturn, you must adjust in time, as a person who has come over, to share with you a few ways to reinvigorate.

First, find a unit benchmark and set an example. In a unit, there are always a few middle-aged and young backbones, conscientious, outstanding performance, talented and approachable. Depressed and decadent, you can take the initiative to talk to them about your heart, because what you have experienced is also what they have worked hard to overcome, after being pointed out by high people, you may suddenly be confused and re-establish your career ideals and work goals.

Second, set short-term small goals and take the initiative. A person who is not self-motivated is often because he cannot see the hope of moving forward, and then he retreats to his own safety circle. You may wish to set yourself a few short-term small goals, which can be business, such as reading a business book, or life, such as running for half an hour a day, or your hobby, such as writing for half an hour a day. In the process of implementing small goals to achieving, you have exercised positive and good habits such as self-confidence, endurance, and perseverance.

3. Take the initiative to communicate with direct leaders and department colleagues. If the leader does not assign you a job, it may be that you feel that you are incompetent or that your enthusiasm for work is not high. You can take the initiative to communicate with the direct leader, consult the business, and let the leader know your enthusiasm for the work and your ability to work. If the atmosphere of the department officers is not good, you can try to make yourself the one who is active to do things to drive everyone's enthusiasm, which is also a good time to establish an image.

In the best time of twenty or thirty years old, painstakingly squeezed into the civil service, I believe that no one is to live a leisurely retirement life, since there is still their own love and ideals in their hearts, then regain their fighting spirit and start again!
