Tan Ping said that since ancient times, chengdu is not the seat of the capital, and there are fewer gatherings of powerful and rich people who can skillfully plunder and encroach on the ordinary classes of society; many dynasties in history valued Chengdu's strategic position as a national material security base and a central city that controls the entire southwest region.
