Trivia:
1. Coliform bacteria
Coliform bacteria are one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad. Coliform bacteria were detected in the catering utensils, reflecting that the hygiene status of the reused catering utensils was not up to standard. The coliform bacteria detected in catering utensils are mainly due to incomplete cleaning of catering utensils, disinfection of disinfectant catering utensils that do not reach the specified concentration, dry and hot disinfection of catering utensils that do not reach the specified temperature, or the disinfection time does not meet the specified requirements. The use of tableware with excessive coliform bacteria can easily cause diarrhea.
Second, the fly amine
Fly-killing amine is an insect growth regulator insecticide with contact killing, gastric toxicity and systemic conduction. It is mainly used for the control of dipteran insect pests and diseases. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit value of the residue of flyfly in cowpea is 0.5mg/kg. Pyridoxine has a stimulating effect on the eyes and skin, and a large number of contacts in a short period of time can cause acute poisoning, resulting in nausea, vomiting, dizziness and other health hazards.
3. Fipronil
Fipronil is a phenyl-pyrazole insecticide, which has a gastric toxic effect on pests, and has both touch killing and certain systemic effects. A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food with excessive fipronil has a certain impact on human health. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit value of fipronil in leafy vegetables is 0.02mg/kg. The reason why the fipronil in ordinary cabbage exceeds the standard may be that the dosage is increased for rapid control of the disease or the picking interval is not complied with, resulting in the drug residue in the product at the time of marketing not degrading below the standard limit.
IV. Enrofloxacin (including ciprofloxacin)
Enrofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolone class of drugs, is a class of synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, used to treat animal skin infections, respiratory infections, etc., is the exclusive use of animals. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of veterinary drugs in food (GB 31650-2019) stipulates that enrofloxacin (based on the sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin) can be used in cattle, sheep, pigs, rabbits, poultry and other animals, and the maximum residue limit in the muscles of poultry is 100 μg/kg, which is prohibited during the egg laying period (eggs cannot be detected). Long-term consumption of enrofloxacin residues exceeding the standard of food, has a certain impact on human health. Enrofloxacin detected in eggs may be the addition of chicken feed to the company or the treatment of poultry diseases, and the use of enrofloxacin accumulates in poultry and is then transmitted to the eggs.
5. Acetamidine
Acetamidine is a new type of pyridine insecticide with contact killing, gastrification and systemic conduction effects, which is mainly used for the control of hemiptera (especially aphids), taenoptera and lepidoptera pests. A small amount of residue will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food with acetamidine may have a certain impact on human health. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of acetamidine in eggplant fruits and vegetables (except tomatoes and eggplant) is 0.2mg/kg. The reason for the excessive amount of acetamidine in peppers may be to increase the amount of drug for rapid pest control, or not to comply with the picking interval regulations, so that the drug residue in the product at the time of marketing is not degraded below the standard limit.
