
Practice steps
1. Prepare ingredients: fresh plum fish, pickle stalks, green onion, ginger
2, scrape the plum fish, remove the gills, remove the internal organs, wash and drain the water, then use a small spoon of salt to spread the fish body, drizzle with a little cooking wine, and catch the fish and salt and cooking wine for about half an hour
3, pickles are very salty, so to clean the bubble to remove the salty taste (if there is no pickle at home, you can also use sauerkraut), pickle stalks to remove the salty taste, pinch dry water, chop and set aside, green onion and ginger shredded well
4: Pour a little into the pot and sauté the chopped pickles over low heat for a few minutes

6, then put in the green onion ginger shredded, 1 tablespoon steamed fish soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, stir-fried pickles, the right amount of boiling water, cover the pot lid on low heat and simmer for a few minutes, the small plum fish is easy to cook through, cook for a few minutes
7, simmer until the end to retain some of the bottom soup, before the pot add green, a few carrot shreds, garnish the color!

Tips
Pickles have a salty taste, plum fish has been salted, add some steamed fish soy sauce when cooking and adding seasonings, no need to add salt!
