Enrofloxacin (the sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin), enrofloxacin is an artificial synthetic quinolone broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, used to treat skin infections, respiratory infections, etc. in animals, the metabolism in animals is mainly to remove ethyl and become ciprofloxacin. Long-term intake of enrofloxacin drugs exceeding the standard of animal foods can cause mild gastrointestinal irritation or discomfort, such as headache, dizziness, poor sleep and other symptoms, and large doses or long-term intake may also cause liver damage. The Maximum Residue Limit of Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods (Announcement No. 235 of the Ministry of Agriculture) stipulates that Enrofloxacin (based on the sum of Enrofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin) can be used for cattle, sheep, pigs, rabbits, poultry and other edible livestock and poultry and other animals, and the maximum residue limit in the muscle and fat of cattle, poultry and other animals is 100 μg/kg, which is prohibited in laying hens (eggs shall not be detected). The reason for the unqualified enrofloxacin in aquatic products may be the illegal use of enrofloxacin in order to prevent the illness of fish, shrimp, etc. in the process of breeding or transportation, and the reason for the unqualified enrofloxacin in poultry may be the addition of chicken feed by enterprises or the accumulation of enrofloxacin residues used in poultry disease treatment.

10. Black chicken, trimethoprim (measured value: 8637 μg/kg, relevant national standard value for food safety: ≤50 μg/kg) operated and sold by Miaojie Guangji Stall in Hecheng Street, Gaoming District, Foshan City, and amantadine (measured value: 12.6 μg/kg, the relevant national standard for food safety stipulates that "it shall not be detected") does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

Trimethoprim is a bacterial dihydrofolate reductase inhibitor and is a sulfonamide synergist. It has the characteristics of wide antibacterial spectrum, stable nature and easy to use. Trimethoprim has antibacterial activity against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria; in addition, trimethoprim also has a certain effect on malaria parasites and certain fungi, such as Nucca bacteria, histoplasma, and yeast. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of veterinary drugs in food (GB 31650-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of trimethoprim in poultry muscle is 50 μg/kg. Long-term intake of animal foods with trimethoprim exceeding the standard may lead to health hazards such as urinary system, kidney and liver damage. The reason why trimethoprim exceeds the standard may be that the breeding link has not strengthened drug control, and the enterprise has used veterinary drugs or feed in violation of the law, resulting in residual accumulation.

11. Black duck, sodium pentachlorophenolate (measured in pentachlorophenol, measured value: 4.2 μg/kg, relevant national food safety standards stipulate that "shall not be detected") operated and sold by Liao Zihuan, Lecong Tengchong Market, Shunde District, Foshan City, does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards;

Sodium pentachlorophenolate (in terms of pentachlorophenol), sodium pentachlorophenolate, also known as sodium pentachlorophenol, belongs to organochlorine pesticides and is often used as a herbicide or fungicide. Sodium pentachlorophenolate, due to its water solubility, is prone to water or soil pollution, and can enter the livestock through the food chain, and then into the human body. Entering the human and animal body decomposed into pentachlorophenol, pentachlorophenol has the toxicity of organochlorine and phenol, can inhibit the oxidative phosphorylation effect in the biological metabolism process, such as long-term intake, may cause damage to the human liver, kidney and central nervous system. The Maximum Residue Limit for Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods (Announcement No. 235 of the Ministry of Agriculture) stipulates that sodium pentachlorophenolate is a prohibited drug and shall not be detected in animal foods. The reason for the unqualified sodium pentachlorophenolate may be the illegal use of it by farmers in the breeding process to prevent livestock and poultry from getting sick.

13. The peroxide value of raw peanuts sold by Tang Wenbin vegetable stall in Daliang Huagai Market, Shunde District, Foshan City (measured in terms of fat: 1.5g/100g, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety ≤0.40g/100g) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

The peroxide value (in terms of fat) mainly reflects whether the oil in the food is oxidized and deteriorated. The National Standard for Food Safety for Nuts and Seeds (GB 19300-2014) stipulates that the maximum limit value of peroxide value (in terms of fat) in cooked other nuts and seeds is 0.50g/100g. The high peroxide value indicates that the oils and fatty acids in the sample have been oxidized to a certain extent, and there are odors such as rancidity and hala, astringency and poor taste. Under normal circumstances, a slight increase in the peroxide value will not cause damage to the health of the human body, but if a serious deterioration occurs, the aldehydes, ketones and acids produced will destroy fat-soluble vitamins, resulting in gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea and so on.

14. The local ginger and lead (measured in Pb, measured value: 0.233mg/kg, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety ≤0.1mg/kg) operated and sold by Chen Shoucun vegetable stall in Daliang Tourism Market, Shunde District, does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

15. Guangxi Huaishan, which is operated and sold by Liao Zhijun vegetable stall in Daliang Huagai Market, Shunde District, Foshan City, lead (measured in Pb, measured value: 0.768mg/kg, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety ≤0.2mg/kg) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

16. The ginger and lead (measured in Pb, measured value: 0.272mg/kg, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety is ≤0.1mg/kg) in the east of the Lotus Market in Hecheng Street, Gaoming District, Foshan City, does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

Lead (in Pb), lead is one of the most common heavy metal element contaminants. The National Standard for Food Safety (GB 2762-2017) stipulates that the maximum limit value of lead in fruit products is 1.0mg/kg. The reason for the excess of lead in candied fruit may be the enrichment of lead in the environment during the cultivation of raw fruits and vegetables, or the introduction of excipients, or the migration of lead in processing equipment, containers and packaging materials in food production and processing. Lead can accumulate in the human body, and long-term intake of foods with excessive lead can seriously affect the brain and nervous system, especially in children, causing intellectual development disorders and behavioral abnormalities.

17. Zhanjiang chicken, furazolidone metabolite (measured value: 5.92 μg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be detected") of Zhanjiang chicken operated and sold by Huang Qiongning Three Birds Stall in Shunde District, Foshan City do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards;

Furazolidone metabolite, furazolidone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the nitrofuran class, widely used in livestock, poultry and aquaculture. Nitrofurans and their metabolites can cause disabilities such as hemolytic anemia, polyneurosis, eye damage and acute liver necrosis and cause harm to human health, and have carcinogenic and teratogenic side effects on the human body. The Maximum Residue Limit of Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods (Announcement No. 235 of the Ministry of Agriculture) stipulates that furazolidone is a prohibited drug, and the original drug and metabolites shall not be detected in animal food. Nitrofuran prototype drugs are rapidly metabolized in living organisms, and are quite stable in combination with proteins, so the detection of their metabolites is often used to reflect the residual status of nitrofurans. The reason for the non-conformity may be the illegal use of furan drugs by aquatic product farmers in order to prevent the illness of fish, shrimp and other diseases in the process of aquaculture, resulting in the detection of furazolidone metabolites in aquatic products.

20. The bananas (bulk) and imidacloprid (measured value: 0.134mg/kg, the value specified in the relevant national food safety standards ≤ 0.05mg/kg) operated and sold by Pei GuokeShengguo Fruit Shop in Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City do not meet the national food safety standards;

Imidacloprid is a nicotine super efficient insecticide with broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity and low residue. After the pest is exposed to the agent, the normal conduction of the central nervous system is blocked, causing it to paralyze and die. Long-term consumption of imidacloprid exceeding the standard of food may cause harm to the human body. The Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food Safety National Standards (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of imidacloprid in bananas is 0.05mg/kg. Imidacloprid in bananas may be due to increased doses for rapid pest control or failure to comply with picking intervals, resulting in drug residues in products not degrading below standard limits at the time of marketing.

21. Foshan Chancheng District Shiwan Town Food Map Catering Service Co., Ltd. Lak Tea Cultural and Creative Garden Store operated and sold Thai Boba milk tea (large cup), sunset yellow (measured value: 0.064g/kg, food safety national standards stipulate that "must not be added") does not meet the national food safety standards;

Sunset yellow, also known as edible yellow No. 3, is a water-soluble azo synthetic colorant that is widely used in the food processing industry. According to the "National Standard for Food Safety" (GB 2760-2014) stipulates that sunset yellow must not be used in tea beverages. The reason for the non-conformity may be that the merchant does not use it beyond the scope in order to make the color of the product more vivid. If you eat foods that exceed the standard of sunset yellow for a long time, it will cause harm to human health, which may cause rubella, urticaria, diarrhea, ADHD, etc., which may have a certain impact on human health.
