The "Specification for Parking Lot (Library) Operation Service" issued by the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has been officially implemented on July 1. The specification proposes that the parking space of electric vehicles is not less than 10%, fuel vehicles account for electric vehicle parking spaces, and parking lots can be charged more parking fees.

Among them, existing public parking lots and parking lots with power supply conditions should be equipped with public charging facilities in accordance with the proportion of not less than 10% parking spaces.

Public parking lots and parking interchange parking lots shall be set up in accordance with the proportion of not less than 10% parking spaces, and small parking lots with less than 10 parking spaces shall be designated as special parking spaces for electric vehicles in accordance with the principle of not less than 1 dedicated parking space.

Parking lots For fuel vehicles occupying ordinary parking spaces of electric vehicles and electric vehicles that have not left after charging more than one time unit, the tiered price standard can be used to charge, and the maximum charge per unit time shall not exceed 150% of the current charging standard of ordinary parking spaces.

* Illegal parking and departure within 10 minutes is exempt from penalty

From June 18, 2021, in response to temporary parking violations, Chengdu traffic police will send a reminder text message to facilitate drivers to take the initiative to correct, and after the illegal parking is eliminated, no punishment will be imposed. At that time, the "Rong e Xing" WeChat public account will simultaneously launch the "Illegal Stop Elimination Declaration" module.
