Princess Dale: Liu Chun Ling, Eleutherococcus senticosus

Youthful and pleasing to the eye,

Inch yin ruler bi,

Shaohua is fleeting.

Autumn frost does not hesitate to people,

With time,

Fight for a long time.

Five plus one jade full of cars,

Sunset is red.

In the plant kingdom, there are many precious plants that are not known - Eleutheroccus senticosus, a "hardy" and very "precious" that many people may not know much about, or even have not heard of. In fact, when I began to understand this plant, I started with a "surprise" heart, the more I learned, the more I liked it, and the more I understood, the more I felt "precious". I am very grateful to many of China's "predecessors" for the valuable information left by our "descendants" after practice. The fruit of Eleutheroccus senticosus generally ripens in mid- and late September of each year, and its fruit cannot be sown directly after harvesting, and it takes a winter to complete the physiological maturation process before the seeds can germinate. Eleuthero contains a variety of pentagram glycosides, polysaccharides and other active ingredients with good anti-aging effects. Eleuthero is found in the Shennong Materia Medica and is listed as a superior product. Shangpin refers to non-toxic, long-term service can be light, prolong life and harmless. Eleutheroccus senticosus has been regarded as a good medicine with tonic and anti-aging effects since ancient times. The trade name is Five Plus Ginseng. Li Shizhen's "Compendium of Materia Medica" of the Ming Dynasty said that the five additions of thorns, its merits are good and profound, "it is better to have a handful of five plus, do not use gold and jade to fill the car", and "the article is made of wine, can become its taste, buy grass with gold, not to say that it is expensive", and made a high praise for the five plus. Today there is a feeling, the word book to remember.
