"Don't learn poetry, don't speak, don't learn etiquette, can't stand" "There is poetry that is self-exuberant, and there is etiquette all over the world." On the evening of September 11th, Changsha Puri Hotel, the 44th Summit Forum on Sinology and Education and the 5th Rural Sinology Teachers' Cultural Literacy Improvement Class, invited Confucius's 75th grandson, president of Fuzhou Wenru College, senior researcher, Confucianist, calligrapher and senior economist Kong Haiqin to give a lecture on the educational thought and realization path of "Li Ji Xue ji" to the students.

Teacher Kong walked lightly to the podium, and when more than 400 students and devotees greeted the teacher, the teacher calmly and gently returned a standard Confucian ceremony.

During the two-hour course, Teacher Kong quoted the classic chapters of the Analects and the Zhongyong, and quoted the brilliant chapters of the Book of Poetry, Lu Ming, and The Song of One Good Deed in the Day.

Teacher Kong first explained the enlightening effect of ancient educational thought on the reform and development of education in today's society; then expounded the formation of ancient educational thought; then interpreted the function of education and the ideological goal of "everyone can become Yao Shun"; and finally put forward his own proposition: learn to understand the "Book of Rites and Learning", so that thousands of years of civilization can bloom again in today's society!

The "Xueji" of the Book of Rites, with its teaching of the people, is arranged in the 18th article, "The order of teaching people in the school of the ancients, preaching, and receiving, and the reason for their gains and losses, and the words of the university and primary schools" is a comprehensive and systematic summary of education in the pre-Qin period.

During the two-hour lecture, Mr. Kong divided it into five parts to summarize the Book of Rites. The teaching content of the "Xueji":

First, turn customs into elegance, and turn elegance into precious

Through the study of elegant culture, turning customs into elegance and elegance into preciousness; learning from classical culture, cultivating the aristocratic spirit of national mission, social responsibility, family inheritance and self-cultivation. "If a gentleman wants to turn the people into customs, he must learn from him." Therefore, schools were set up to teach them, so that the people could often learn. "Eager to learn is almost knowing, practicing is almost benevolent, and knowing shame is almost courageous."

Parents, teachers, principals and leaders all lead by example and set an example. Cultivate children, students, subordinate aesthetics, historical views, values, outlook on life, world view, to be beautiful, each beautiful, beautiful and together, discover beauty, create beauty, enjoy beauty, share beauty.

Second, the standing capital classic, such as grinding

Teacher Kong quotes Qiongju, Qiongyao, and Qiongjiu from the Book of Poetry and Papaya as complementing each other with "jade is not a tool; people do not learn, do not know", treating everyone as a jade and respecting everyone as an instrument. Return to white as jade, thinking of innocence. "Reading is always learning, and this is what it means!"

Third, teaching first, teaching is mutually beneficial

"Filial Piety Sutra : Kaizong Mingyi" states: "The first king had the most important way of virtue, so as to conform to the world, to make peace with the people, and to have no complaints from top to bottom." "There is the most beautiful virtue and the most essential truth, and if you do not learn, you do not know his benefits." From knowing the lack of knowledge and then knowing the difficulty, knowing the lack of self-reflexiveness, knowing the difficulty can be self-reliant, cultivating self-learning ability, self-discipline ability to strengthen themselves. "Where learning, officials first, soldiers first." "No anger, no two-fold grievances, no deep resentment." Learn liturgical music in spring and autumn, and learn poetry books in autumn and winter. Etiquette is outside, happy and inside.

Fourth, the study of gentlemen is increasingly learning

"The study of a gentleman, the study of the gentleman, the hidden, the breath, the wandering"---------------------------------------------------------------------- His cultivation is successful, his learning is accomplished, he accumulates day by day, he is new every day, he is new every day, and he is new every day, and the poem is clouded: "The center hides it, and when the day is forgotten."

Fifth, the teacher is dignified and grateful

"Shi Yan then Dao Zun, Dao Zun then Minzhi Jingxue." The best teacher is to go straight to the depths of the students' hearts, not only to teach students the knowledge of books, five sounds, five colors, five senses, five costumes, useless use, is of great use. As a teacher, "the Tao and The Buddha lead the peace, the strong and the Buddha suppress the easy, the open and the Buddha thinks".

In the two-hour course, the students felt that the time was too fast and unfinished, and felt the charm of the classics of Traditional Chinese Studies in the active and cheerful atmosphere of the teacher's guidance and inspiration while singing and chanting.

Seemingly boring words, in fact, as long as we have a joyful, awe-inspiring, kind, and generous hearts, we will also tolerate thoughts, and the words will be stable, like Lance Xin, like the prosperity of the pine. It can be long and big, its only learning, obstacles and long, the line is coming, the line is not quitting, the future can be expected.
