Keep the word "learning" firmly in mind and take learning as the foundation. "Learning is like a bow and crossbow, only like an arrow," learning is the foundation of the body, a person's life, is a process of continuous learning, learning is the treasure of the body, standing in a hundred actions, based on learning. Learning allows us to enhance our ability to see the six paths, distinguish between right and wrong, find accurate positioning in a complex environment, and grasp the right direction. We should earnestly enhance our eyesight to see problems and our mental strength to seek things; when we encounter difficulties and setbacks, we should not be discouraged; we should always maintain our awareness of problems; we should think one step deeper; we should learn to integrate and penetrate them in the course of thinking; we should be able to draw lessons from one another and learn from each other, give full play to our strong points and avoid our weaknesses; sum up experience from the vertical direction; seek new paths from multiple directions; sum up and refine successful practices and experiences; analyze and thoroughly analyze the lessons of mistakes; and form practical and effective work ideas and measures in our thinking.

Young cadres lack certain experience in practice, so they must strengthen practice while studying hard, and from study to practice, practice is the only criterion for testing truth. Regardless of the difficulty of the task, refuse to "lie flat", always maintain a strong sense of mission, sense of responsibility, and sense of progress, overcome the fear of difficulties, have the courage to pick up heavy burdens, take hot "potatoes", and gnaw hard "bones". We should fully carry forward the spirit of "nailing nails," be a "nail that does not rust," dare to work hard, persist in being a officer full of passion, accomplish a great cause in the hard work of real knives and real guns, consciously shoulder the heavy responsibilities entrusted by the party and the people of the times, achieve a life in Vientiane in the course of hard work, and live up to this promising new era.
