"Journey to the West" is broad and profound, many details in it are worth recalling, there is a question that I don't know if everyone has considered, Sun Wukong made a big fuss in the Heavenly Palace, God blocked the gods, Buddha blocked the killing of Buddha, until the Jade Emperor invited Rulai Buddha, the two after a gamble, Rulai Shi showed a big trick: Five Elements Mountain, the Sun Wukong pressed under the mountain. So the question is, after becoming a fighting Buddha, is Sun Wukong still afraid of the Five Elements Mountain?

In fact, if you look closely at the original work, you will find that a single Five Elements Mountain cannot suppress Sun Wukong, because with Sun Wukong's strength, he can withstand the suppression of three mountains, and in the bridge section of the Golden Horn and Silver Horn King, the Silver Horn King used three mountains (Mount Meru, Mount Emei, and Mount Tai) to barely suppress Sun Wukong. If rulai only relies on a five-element mountain, it will not be able to suppress the monkey, and the real restraint of the monkey is the line of words posted on the five-element mountain: Om Ma Na Mi Mi.
On the way to the scripture, Tang Monk took off the post of the line, and Sun Wukong immediately fled to heaven. Therefore, relying on the Five Elements Mountain alone could not suppress Sun Wukong. So after becoming a Buddha, will the Buddha's Five Elements Mountain still work? A pot of porridge is considered to be ineffective, even if the Five Elements Mountain plus the post with the six-word mantra posted, it still can't work for Sun Wukong, why? Let me tell you a little bit about my thoughts.
Monkey king
First of all, after becoming a Buddha, Sun Wukong has made great progress, especially psychologically, there is a great sublimation, no longer as unruly as before, there is no measure to do things, there is no distraction in the heart, and the spiritual has reached the standard of the Buddha.
And the six-character mantra can only suppress the evil demon outer path, and it has no effect on Sun Wukong who has become a Buddha, just like after becoming a Buddha, the tight hoop automatically disappears, in fact, even if it does not disappear, the tight hoop spell has no effect on Sun Wukong. Whether it is the six-character mantra or the tight mantra, they only work on powerful demons, because the hearts of these demons are impure and very evil, so these mantra skills can have an effect on them, and for Sun Wukong after becoming a Buddha, the mantra has lost its effectiveness.
Secondly, after becoming a Buddha, Sun Wukong learned a lot of magical powers, such as the advanced practice of the Buddhist school: Hui Shen Tong, this magic power can be uncertain prophet, in advance to gain insight into the other party's tricks and ideas, such as anyone who has a motive, Sun Wukong can immediately understand, he can prevent it as soon as possible, so the Five Elements Mountain can not cover Sun Wukong. Strictly speaking, when Rulai first surrendered to Sun Wukong, he also took advantage of Sun Wukong's lack of preparation to secretly kill the killer, if Sun Wukong was prepared in advance, the Five Elements Mountain could not cover him.
Finally, after becoming a Buddha, Sun Wukong's strength has also been greatly enhanced, some of the Profound Divine Powers and Skills of the Buddha Sect, with Sun Wukong's understanding, must have been already skilled, his strength must have been greatly improved than before, before he could not lift the jade bottle filled with seawater, after becoming a Buddha, he must have learned the recipe for increasing his strength, so the Five Elements Mountain is nothing in his eyes.
To sum up, after becoming a Buddha, Sun Wukong has been greatly improved both physically and mentally, and many of the magic weapons that could deal with him in the past will be invalidated, not to mention a five-element mountain, which will definitely be difficult for him.
