Strive to resolve social contradictions and disputes, do a good job of prevention at the source, consolidate the foundation at the grass-roots level, comprehensively improve the level of petitioning work, continuously improve the ability to resolve contradictions in petitioning and handle petitioning problems, write for the people with practical actions, continuously improve the efficiency of petitioning work to serve the people, build a bridge connecting letters and visits, and promote our banner petitioning work to a new level.
