The total land area of the project is about 44914.85 square meters, the nature of the land is A35 scientific research land, and the net land area is about 43269.41 square meters; including 8 scientific research office buildings, involving 18 multi-storey (4-5 floor) building units and 2 high-rise (10-storey) building units, underground garages, outdoor road squares, green landscapes, supporting water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, ventilation, fire protection and other supporting facilities.

The total construction area is 105231.88 square meters, of which the meter area is 70739.3 square meters; the basement construction area is 34492.58 square meters.
The construction investment is about 460 million yuan.
