Melting the city

If geographical location is an important factor in determining urban development, then Tianxin District, located in the geometric center of the three cities of Changzhutan, can be described as having both time and place.

Since the beginning of this year, the integration of Changzhutan has risen to a national strategy, and the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and provincial government have vigorously promoted it, and the trend of integrating the city has gradually taken shape.

Tianxin District has accelerated the development of Rongcheng, including the start of construction of key projects such as Xinshaoshan South Road and The Xiangjiang Special Bridge in Shuping, leading the signing of cooperation framework agreements with Yuetang District and Shifeng District on human resources and social services, judicial administration, and ecological co-governance, and opening a special window for "cross-domain communication" in Changzhutan.

In order to integrate into the construction of the Changzhutan Metropolitan Area with greater efforts, large projects are an important starting point for the future of Tianxin District.

Tianxin District proposed that in 2022, it is necessary to fully promote the construction of a number of major projects such as the National Medical Center, the Changsha Olympic Sports Center, and the New Provincial Library, accelerate the construction of an international medical and health industry town, a Sports Town in Rongcheng, and a Tianxin area of Changzhutan Green heart Central Park, and strive for more major projects for the integration of Changzhutan to settle in Tianxin.

National Medical Center

In April this year, the Hunan Provincial Government and the National Health Commission signed an agreement between the commission and the province to jointly build a national medical center and a national regional medical center.

According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Hunan Province for New Urbanization, relying on the Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, it will bring together high-quality medical and scientific research resources from inside and outside the province, build a regional medical consortium in Changzhutan, create a national medical center and a regional medical center, and accelerate the development of the health industry.

Changsha Olympic Sports Center

On September 17, Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and governor of the province, organized a special meeting on the site selection of the Changsha Olympic Sports Center Park project. The meeting clarified the site of the project in Duyun Street, Tianxin District, and built the project into a large-scale international sports activity center in Hunan Province, a national sports and healthy life sharing area in Changzhutan, and a demonstration project for ecological improvement of Greenheart Central Park. The project coordinates the surrounding space, supporting the corresponding theme venues, sports communities, sports culture, leisure tourism, characteristic businesses and other functions, to create an integrated sports town.

In the next five years, relying on these major projects, Tianxin District has more long-term planning:

To the east, link with Yuhua District and Liuyang City to jointly build and share the Green Heart Central Park;

To the west, docking Xiangjiang New Area, Yuelu District and Yuhu District, relying on the National Medical Center, seizing the opportunity of building a science and technology innovation corridor on the west bank of the Xiangjiang River, and creating a "one river and two banks" Xiangjiang Bay science and technology innovation demonstration zone;
