Yue Ming, male, born in December 1963, joined the army in September 1980, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1983, transferred from a certain army department to participate in public security work in September 2000, and is now a full-time community police officer in the Tongxin community of the Pingshan Police Station of the Xiangshan Branch of the Guilin Municipal Public Security Bureau, and a second-level senior police chief.

Later, through multiple searches, it was learned that the person had arrived at the bank. Located in the southeast of Guilin City, Tongxin Community under the jurisdiction of Yue Ming is a demonstration site for the creation of a civilized community in the autonomous region, with an area of 19,000 square meters and a population of more than 9,900 people in 3,360 households. There are many old residential areas in the community, the floating population is densely packed, the social security situation is complicated, and telecommunications fraud cases occur from time to time.
In view of this situation, Yue Ming gave full play to the advantages of the community police, focused on a variety of forms of publicity, went deep into the jurisdiction to communicate with the masses face-to-face, especially for the elderly, Yue Ming took the initiative to "mingle" with the masses, through easy-to-understand language, guide the elderly to download, install, and use the National Anti-Fraud Center APP, so that the elderly know how to protect themselves and guard the "money bags" of the people, and the telecommunications fraud cases in the jurisdiction have been effectively controlled.
