India remains unrealistically disillusioned with the situation on the border

Text/Walking Stuka

According to a message released by the official social media account of the "Western Theater" on October 11, the spokesman of the Western Theater made a statement on the 13 Sino-Indian border military chief-level negotiations, pointing out that the Chinese side has made great efforts to promote the relaxation and cooling of the border situation and fully demonstrated its sincerity in proceeding from the overall situation of safeguarding the relations between the two militaries of China and India, but the Indian side still adheres to unreasonable and unrealistic demands, which has added difficulties to the negotiations.

The spokesman reminded India: Do not misjudge the situation, cherish the current hard-won situation in the China-India border area, abide by the relevant agreements, agreements and consensus between the two countries and two militaries, earnestly show sincerity and action, and work with the Chinese side to jointly safeguard peace and tranquility in the border area.

Judging from the reports, the 13th Border Chiefs Negotiations have not made much progress, and the main responsibility lies with India. Before the negotiations began, the Indian side carried out a series of provocations: harassing the normal patrols of our border troops in the Dongzhang area of China in a vain attempt to create new incidents; and massively increasing troops in the border areas. According to comprehensive information, the Indian Army and Air Force have recently been clamoring for "reorganizing the army and dealing with China", and have deployed a large number of advanced weapons and equipment on the Sino-Indian border, including the US-made "Apache" helicopter gunship, the Legal "Rafale" fighter, and the addition of T-72 main battle tanks.

It is worth noting that the Indian media has hyped up the Indian army these days, deploying three M777 howitzer regiments to the area near Leh, and they describe this american-made ultralight howitzer as an "artifact", as if with these howitzers, they have become a military power with "Asia's first firepower".

The logic of boasting about the M777 howitzer is similar to the logic of the Indian army and the media boasting about the "Rafale" fighter before, in order to hide that it is actually a heavy money to buy a bunch of weapons with limited performance, India has given full play to its rich imagination, not to mention the J-20 fighter of the People's Liberation Army, the "Rafale" can become a star destroyer.

In fact, a series of conflicts on the China-India border in 2020 has taught the Indian army a profound lesson, that is, they are still quite far from a modern army, the combat system is full of holes, the combat capability and efficiency are extremely inefficient, and they cannot be compared with the PLA at all. But instead of seriously reflecting on its innate inadequacies, the Indian army blames the "lack of advanced equipment" – rather than flaunting its advanced weapons purchased from abroad, India is maintaining its self-deception lies.

It can be seen that the new Delhi authorities still have unrealistic illusions about the border situation, believing that by building several roads and railways, buying a bunch of advanced weapons, and then joining the "four-country mechanism" to pull the United States, Japan, Australia, and other countries to wave their flags, they will have the strength to fight on an equal footing with China.

We can imagine how outrageous the "unreasonable and unrealistic demands" really are, it is nothing more than "land-cutting indemnities", and we really regard ourselves as a great power and China as a great cleansing, and we can't help but ask: How much the Modi government wants to pay in order to have a clear understanding of the situation. In 1962, we made Nehru a fool's errand with a big victory and made India understand how weak it really was; did we have to use a bigger victory to make Indians understand that for more than sixty years, the gap between India and our strength has not become smaller, but bigger?

Proceeding from the overall situation of border peace, China has always maintained great restraint on India's jumping up and down, hoping to use force to show India's difficulties and retreat. But Indian authorities deliberately incite populism and kidnap government decisions with populism, dragging 1.3 billion people on a road of no return – when India was hit by the Delta mutation in May, the country's weak side was exposed: the country's production capacity could not support the fight against the epidemic, the national treasury was squeezed out by geopolitical competition, and it barely escaped by building up worthless human lives. At this level, it is really ridiculous that the Indian authorities still hold the idea of taking advantage of the opportunity to catch a hand before the snow closes the mountain, and the mobility capability of the People's Liberation Army in the plateau mountains has been demonstrated last year, so why not new Delhi also want to experience the taste of being "released prisoners and exchanged weapons" by China?

Seriously, bullying India is disgraceful to ourselves, but in order to maintain border peace and defend national sovereignty, we don't mind showing our sharp fangs again!
