Timely harvesting should not be premature

The normal walnut harvesting period should be around the "white dew" festival in the twenty-fourth solar term of the lunar calendar, and the ripening period of early and late maturing varieties should be seven to ten days apart. However, in recent years, it has been found that some fruit farmers still play walnuts according to the tradition of the fifteenth day of the seventh month of the lunar calendar, no matter what kind of farming, regardless of early ripening or late ripening varieties, when the time comes, as long as someone starts to move, and then all harvested, I don't know if this practice is very wrong.
All kinds of crops have a post-ripening period when they mature, and this post-ripening period directly affects the yield and quality of crops, and is also a link that has long been ignored by most people, especially walnuts, and its post-ripening period is the last week to ten days. You may wish to think about it, every winter to the walnut field occasionally pick up a walnut peel to see if the kernel is very full, and it is fragrant but not astringent, the taste is pure, so it is not too early to harvest at the right time.
In addition, at present, there is no mechanical harvesting technology, we must use manual picking, never advocate the use of pole beating, avoid breaking the walnut in the beating process, such as improper treatment will affect the character, and then avoid hurting the result of the branch group or flower buds during the beating process, causing different degrees of impact on the tree.
The peeling method is carefully chosen
1. Artificial peeling. Walnuts are collected and recovered with a piggyback spray, the dilution of 200 to 300 times the "ethylene" solution is evenly sprayed on the fruit surface, while turning and spraying this method is more labor-saving and labor-saving than the dip method, and then the walnuts are piled in a cool place according to a thickness of 50 cm, covered with a straw mat or sack with good air permeability for 40 to 50 hours, when the peeling rate reaches 60% to 70%, it can be manually peeled with a peeling knife, and it should be dried with washing. 2. Mechanical peeling. Mechanical peeling is undoubtedly labor-saving and labor-saving, but from the observation of the past one or two years, it is found that mechanical peeling depends on the variety, such as the skin is particularly thin through the mechanical extrusion of the core is easy to rupture into the water, such as drying is not timely or encounter rainy days are likely to be moldy and deteriorated, greatly reducing the commodity rate, and even some fruit merchants look at the mechanical peeling of the direct go, not even talk about it. Some fruit merchants are also bargaining, which is 1 to 2 yuan less than manual peeling, so it is recommended that everyone use mechanical peeling must be cautious.
Strict hierarchical classification is important

It is best to wrap it in a mesh bag, so that it can be ventilated and breathable, and it is guaranteed that it will not return to moisture and deteriorate, even if it is put for a period of time.
2, walnuts before selling, should first do a preliminary understanding and analysis of the market, to take the road of multi-channel sales.
