Law enforcement team members have raised the ability of tourists and citizens to identify fakes and their awareness of protecting their rights in accordance with the law by distributing clear papers, brochures, hanging banners, WeChat public accounts, and other forms, smoothing consumer complaint channels, and actively responding to consumer demands.
The Zhongtianmen Law Enforcement Brigade has continuously improved the service level of business operators through actions such as the evaluation of the red and black lists of business units and the creation of business demonstration points, while actively mediating consumer disputes and comprehensively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. The law enforcement brigade has issued the "Reward and Punishment System for Operation and Management", regularly selects and selects demonstration business units, fills in the red and black lists for praise, and hangs the red flag of business flow. The brigade has carefully built a demonstration point for the operation of the Yuliuquan Tea Station, all commodities are placed on a single layer, and the goods are signed one by one, and the price is clearly marked, giving people a clean and clear feeling of order. With the warmer weather and the increase in tourists, some lawbreakers are lucky, and the time difference is set up privately in the wild stalls and small gods within the scenic area, which seriously disrupts the normal tourism order of the scenic spot and damages the image of the scenic spot. In order to purify the tourism environment of scenic spots, the Red Gate Law Enforcement Brigade has made overall plans and key deployments, jointly carried out surprise operations with the mobile law enforcement brigade, severely cracked down on illegal acts, gave full play to the armor power of "Taishan a touch of blue", and made every effort to ensure the order of tourism in scenic spots.
In the early stage of the operation, law enforcement personnel adopted a regular and irregular method, using the time period when tourists were relatively concentrated on Friday night, Saturday morning and evening, through field research and monitoring, etc., to grasp first-hand information, statistically analyze the dense areas where illegal acts occurred and the concentrated time period, and determine the time point for the implementation of the action. During the operation, a total of 7 places were regulated and managed outside the store, 1 tailing peddler was investigated and dealt with according to law, one case of illegal peddling was confiscated, 2 cases of smoking were punished on the spot, and 4 small statues of small gods were confiscated, which played an effective deterrent effect on illegal acts arising from waiting for opportunities.

In order to consolidate the results of the comprehensive improvement of the tourist road in the early stage and purify the order of the tourist road, on March 9, the Caishixi Law Enforcement Brigade carried out a centralized rectification of environmental order with the full cooperation of the Mobile Law Enforcement Brigade of the Law Enforcement Bureau, the Taohuayu Police Station, the Market Supervision Office, and the relevant departments of the management area.
This concentrated rectification action is mainly to inspect and rectify the business households, households and business points in the parking lot on both sides of the Caishixi Tourist Road, with a total of 17 business owners and stalls with problems, and 4 old awnings left by the demolition of the business owners; 12 plaques and advertising light boxes, and 3 advertising stickers; more than 10 banners and bunting flags added during the Spring Festival to create a festive atmosphere, more than 50 small red lanterns, and more than 50 random hanging items that hinder the view; through this action, the tourism environment has been greatly improved. Maintaining the image of "Taishan West Gate", the next step of the Caishixi Law Enforcement Brigade will adopt the method of inspection in the morning, middle and evening, find illegal acts investigated and punished according to law, continue to maintain a high-pressure situation to consolidate the results of governance, and further improve and enhance the environmental quality of Caishixi Scenic Area.
As the weather warms up, villagers go out frequently in production and daily life, fire prevention pressure increases, and the fire prevention situation becomes increasingly severe, the Caishixi Management District and the Caishixi Law Enforcement Brigade actively visit and coordinate the South Matao Village Committee, the North Matao Village Committee, and the Caojiazhuang Village Committee, using radio loudspeakers, adding fire prevention inspection points, and distributing clear papers to strictly investigate the villagers who carry fire into the mountains, publicize the harm of wildland fire, and enable all villagers to establish a sense of safe use of fire.
The Caishixi Law Enforcement Brigade did not listen to dissuasion, had a weak sense of fire prevention, never tolerated the wind, and resolutely ensured that fire cases were strictly investigated and dealt with during the fire prevention period, so that cases must be investigated and ignited must be punished, which has played a role in investigating and dealing with them together and shocking them. With the temperature rising, the operators in the eastern foothills of Taishan Have also ushered in the spring of business development. Recently, the weather has turned warmer, spring is full of joy, into the mountains to walk green, tomb sweeping, sacrifices and other activities have increased, in order to effectively improve the awareness of forest fire prevention among the whole people, to help create a strong social public opinion atmosphere of forest fire prevention, The Dajinkou Law Enforcement Brigade took the initiative to take the initiative and actively assumed the forest fire prevention position, put forest fire prevention in the primary position of the current work, and made full use of the current high-definition skynet project for full-time and regional dynamic monitoring, and went all out to do a good job in forest fire prevention.
So far, the Otsuguchi Law Enforcement Brigade has filed and investigated 6 cases of wildland fire, effectively cracking down on the undesirable phenomenon of wildland fire. In the next step, the brigade will continue to do a good job in the current fire prevention work, put forest fire prevention in a prominent position at the center; make full use of radio, WeChat, mobile phone text messages, and other means to create a forest fire prevention atmosphere for the whole people, improve fire prevention awareness, distribute publicity materials through point-to-point and face-to-face methods, and use typical forest fire cases to educate and warn residents, donkey friends, and other outdoor activity personnel; implement special personnel on duty and duty, and effectively strengthen the implementation of the duty system during holidays, so that there is no gap in time and no dead ends in the region.
